Part 4 ♡

THURSDAY 11TH, 16:40PM

Y/N POV

I enter the VLAST building for yet another day of work. It had now been about a week since I had started the job and i'd say I am doing well enough at it. The CEO seems to always get surprised by how quick I get the job done, whether thats a good thing or not?

I place my bag on the table in the reception and make my way to the pantry after greeting the CEO and finding out what jobs are set for me.

I close the door of the pantry behind me and begin by opening the boxes on the floor ready to stock up the snacks on the shelves.

I get about half way through the job before I hear the door of the pantry opening. I turn my head to see who it was but before I could, the door was closed again.

Then I hear a voice from outside the door. 'Shortie, sorry it's just me. Mind just closing your eyes for a sec whilst I grab a few snacks.'

'Oh yeah, sorry.' I close my eyes. 'Okay, they are closed.'

'Thank you.' Then the door opens again and I feel his presence walk in front of me and stand so he is facing the shelves before us both, picking up some snacks.

He let out an awkward cough to break the silence. 'So i've discovered you are scheduled to stock the pantry on Thursdays, meaning that i'll be seeing you more often shortie.' He then turns around to face me.

I give him a confused look before stating 'How did you find that out?'

'I've been coming in here every day for the past 2 weeks and the only time we bump into each other is on a Thursday.'

'Really? But why?'

'I don't know, I don't really get to talk to many people unless it's my members or a couple of staff members so I might as well start getting to know you since you're the newest staff member here.'

'Oh.', is all that I could say to that. I seem to forget about how the PLAVE members can't openly share their identity to just anyone.

'Well...i'll see you around shortie.' Then the door opens and closes again as he leaves the room.

I let out a sigh before opening my eyes again. My job is somehow harder than I thought it would be.

After work, I walk back home and sit on the sofa before turning on youtube on the telly and watching a couple of PLAVE's newest live streams. Eventually, I end up falling asleep.
