I yelled and ran up to the man, attacking him verbally and physically.
"YOU SON OF A BITCH, YOU SON OF A STUPID WHORE! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT ME, BUT GET YOUR WHITER THAN A POLAR BEAR ASS OUT OF MY FACE! YOU'RE A MONSTER, YOU'RE A MONSTER!" With that, I dropkicked him, knocking him back a few feet. I pulled out the machete I would always carry and pointed it at him. The man laughed menacingly.
"Oh, you're gonna get it now." he said, pulling out a pistol and pointing it at my chest. That shut me up. But without me seeing it like a stupid idiot, he pulled out a tranquilizer and it landed on my sister, knocking her the hell out.
"NO!" I ran to her. "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?! YOU'RE TRYING TO ABDUCT MY FRIEND AND NOW THIS?! WHAT'S WITH YOUR MIND?!"
The dumbass man chuckled darkly. "I'm going to get what I want soon. I'll just let him go. He's nothing. He was in the lab, but he's still nothing." He dropped down Dexter. He was visibly terrorized. The man left, with the robot in tow. I decided to wake my sister by blasting the Thomas and Friends theme and it worked. I knew the dose of the tranquilizer was weak as FUCK.
"Curse that man!" she immediately yelled. "Oh, you're okay. We gotta run." But I noticed a number on Dexter's hand. It was "398-026-5785." No fucking way. He's on the weaker side of subjects. "I'll explain later!" Dexter yelled.
......
After we took Dexter home and we went back to our home, we were shook. So, we decided to play chess. We both were pretty good so this battle was tough. 20 minutes went by, and it got crazy.
"Girl, what the fuck."
I looked up to see my Ate bewildered at how I took her queen with my bishop. "Haha." She put up the finger and smirked and we kept playing. We kept taking pieces and making good, strategic moves, until we hit the homestretch. I had my queen, both bishops, a knight, a rook, some pawns, and my king, while my sister had both knights, more pawns, both rooks, and her king. Maybe Ate has an advantage, I thought. Still not letting her win!
I need to tell you this— imagine playing chess and watching your sibling or even yourself go through the stages of grief during a match. I can confirm that it happened. Ate would rage, but regain her composure relatively quickly. But later on, my sister won. Good game.
The next day was relatively quiet. I went to the creek I discovered prior and decided to relax there. I wanted to take a break from all of the lab bullshit for today and just stop. I didn't really know if it would FULLY stop, but at least it's PARTIALLY stopped. I was going to ask my sister for a piggyback, but she had a swim meet which I attended and got caught up with her own work. She doesn't have a job; it's just personal work. With that, I decided not to bug her about it. I felt comfortable with the water flowing and the trees flowing in the wind. My hair would also be blowing, but I had them in pigtails, so it wouldn't get in my face.
I felt that something bad would occur. For some reason, I felt like I was going to have a breakdown.
What am I even doing.
What the fuck is going on?!
I think this lab thing is taking a toll on my mental health and state.
Suddenly, I heard voices. Fuck this shit, I thought. I decided to pull up my hoodie over my head. The hoodie I was wearing was an oversized Cinnamoroll blanket hoodie, which I loved a lot. I just stood there, deciding to play the idiotic horror movie protagonist and just watched and waited until they were near me.
"Hey," one of the men said, sounding like an NPC asking you to complete a quest in a story game. "Are you Ronnie Ritchenskeltzen, Experiment 999-999?" What a big, fat, obvious reveal. Thank you, kind sir!
