Dazai, as the true son of the emperor, had royal blood in him, and that's what made him so different from the clone, but still, we don't know who is the clone and if the boy is the real Dazai. However it sounds. But, nothing really made a big difference between the Dazai we know and the boy.
//3 days before everything happened//
Chuuya was walking around the palace as always carrying some of Dazai's stuff like books, and everything else the future emperor needed, to become the best ruler in the entire Japanese Empire history.
Chuuya then noticed a brown-haired boy who looked like Dazai, but he was covered in bruises. He was kneeling in front of the current emperor, asking him to trust him that he was his son. When the "real" Dazai was taking lessons how to be a gentleman.
