Fell inlove with a traitor

Prologue

We're about to tie the knot next month because it was set to happen as soon as we accomplish our targets

And after our contract expires. Holding hands, I dropped hers and took my weapon out as soon as we arrived at the location of the final victim

Before approaching the last task, I faced her

" Darling... i didn't expect that you fall in my trap, I never loved you. Everything was a part of my mission. Therefore, I have... accomplished it" I said while laughing I was walking closer to her as she just look at me with fears in her eyes

"How could you do this to me?.. pinagkatiwalaan kita!" sambit nya at pinagtawanan ko lang Siya dahil sa kalagayan nya, nakita Kong hunting unting syang umiiyak habang naka tingin sakin

Seeing her tears gave me a wave of guilt. But I couldn't afford to allow myself to feel anything, even though my heart was squeezing. I had spent years in this relationship just to complete the mission, alam kong makasarili Ako pero ginagawa ko toh dahil trabaho ko ito

"Ginagawa ko lang Ang trabaho ko..
That's the problem, darling. even after all these years, you think I care about you. Do you not understand that I only played with your feelings?.. kung ng luluksa ka man sa katangahan mo hindi ko na iyon problema..." sambit ko at nginitian ko sya

"So all this time? ginago mo lang ako?.."I mentally laugh because of her replied

"Ano ba sa tingin mo?.." I said sarcasticly and I pointed the gun on her face

"Those kisses and hugs that we share, bahagi lang ng aksyon yun. We're assassins. Love isn't built for  people like us.."The words I spat were cold-hearted. I tried to push all my feelings away and keep my cool. Everything had to be done

Hindi ko maiwasan na makaramdam ng kirot saaking puso.. dahil naging parte na rin sya ng buhay ko... hindi ko alam kung na hulog na ako sakanya.. or what.. I love her.. but there's a part of me that she's just a mission... na dapat ko nang tapusin..

"Hayop ka.. minahal kita.. binigay ko ang lahat.. tapos ito lang Ang isusukli mo saakin?.." she said
My gaze hardened as I maintained my stoic expression, hiding any trace of guilt

"Like what I said.. I manipulated your feelings, faked my love, and led you into a web of lies."I said coldly, despite the pang of guilt gnawing at my heart

If i stop this and love her.. I betrayed my boss... but if i kill her.. I betrayed myself for doing this to the person that I love..

I love her...

But she's....

My last... victim....
