♡ Chapter 48 ♡

I read in books that the wolves that have red eyes and black fur are the alphas of their pack.

"Perfect, now how can I escape from an alpha" I thought

The alpha was snarling and cautiously approaching me, and I took steps back until my back touched a tree.

"Well, now I'm going to die," I said in my head, waiting for the wolf to eat me.

I closed my eyes, and I waited, and I waited... But after a couple of minutes, I didn't feel anything so I opened my eyes slowly.

To my surprise, the wolf sat in front of me while still looking at me. I looked at it the same way until it changed to its human form.

"Handsome" was the first thing I thought

I realized I was looking at him like a creep so I turned my gaze to the ground. The silence was uncomfortable until the person spoke.

"What are you doing in my territory, little fairy," said the person in a husky tone.

I looked at him and he was already staring at me. I looked at the floor in shame and started playing with my fingers.

"I was following a butterfly, and then I got lost," I said, feeling my face warmed up.

I thought this alpha was going to yell at me or something like that, but...

He laughed lightly.

I looked at him and saw a beautiful smile on his face, I felt my heart start beating hard. I didn't understand what this feeling was.

"You need to be more careful next time, if you had run into another alpha, he would have killed you by now." said the alpha in a soft tone.

"I'll keep that in mind, thank you," I said something shy and embarrassed.

"My name is Jungwoo, alpha of Blood Moon Pack," he said before giving a little bow.

So I was right, he's the alpha, in fact, the most powerful of wolves. Blood Moon pack doesn't compare to any other, it's unique and they consider them royalty.

I bowed back and I introduced myself to him in the same way.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, princess," he said.

He took my hand delicately and gave it a tender kiss, I just blushed.

"It's equally a pleasure," I said still shy.

Suddenly we heard some yelling, I knew they belonged to my protectors. I saw Jungwoo and he gave me a sweet smile.

"I think they're looking for you princess," he said.

I nodded and was about to leave.

"I'm so sorry I flew close to your territory, it was a pleasure to meet you Jungwoo," I said and bowed a little.

Jungwoo smiled and said, "No problem, but if I'm honest, I'm glad you got here. If you didn't I wouldn't have known such a beauty."

I blushed again and smiled. Then I left with a racing Heart.

That's how the Golden Fairy met the love of her life and Jungwoo too. Their hearts started to beat for each other.
