Chapter Twenty-Nine

(Silver's POV)

"Silver, we're going to be late in class!" Sinner called while I lazily drink my juice. "Wait up, Sinner." I put my emptied bottle in the table and hurriedly snatch my bag at the couch and went outside where Sinner is leaning in the gate. "Palli! (Hurry!)." I tried to control my laugh because of his irritated expression. It's rare to see him like that when he always act cool infront of everyone. "You're expression is priceless. So, what if we're getting late?" "What?" He frowned. I grab his hand and intertwine it with mine.

"Shall we run?" "Wha----." I run straight ahead while dragging him towards the direction of the school, which is far from our house. Regaining from my surprise he run beside me as the warm air breeze of the morning sun brushing through our faces. After several minutes, we arrive at the bus stop on time when the bus going to school fetches passengers. The seats are almost full but Sinner spot a vacant seat and force me to sit on it. "Komowo..." I muttered. "It's okay, I don't need it that much." Even though he is always snob and acts cool, he always gives what I need and wants. That's how he loves me and I love him more. Some girls in our school are so jealous of me because lots of girls like him but he never lay his eyes on them.

But even though, his fan girls increases in number. I remember one time when girls block our way going home and tried to confess infront of him and me. At first, I never expected them to be this bold and confess to a boy. But before the girls confess, he cut them off and he never entertain suitors as he give them a smirk. His fan girls stood dumbfounded and we passed them as if nothing happen. A few seconds later, we heard them shouting in giggles.

"Oh my! He smiled! He looks so good!" A girl said on top of her lungs as if she's dying. "I'm so in love with him! Please, marry me Sinner!" Another one said. I tried to control my laughter but I burst into laugh and held my aching stomach. "What's wrong with you?" "Hahahaha, I can't believe they would say that! Hahaha!" "Psh, stop laughing, it's not even funny!" He yelped. I wiped my tears and held my mouth to stop laughing. "But, they are very brave and bold, you should've dated someone or one of them." I suggested. "I can't do that...."

"Why not? Is there someone you like?" "Boys will come to court you, and I have to protect you from those bastards." My heart almost stops beating in shock when I heard his answer. "Huh? But why?" "Those boys on our school always checking you out and I hate it. I almost punch their faces when I heard them talking molest to you. Don't you find it irritating?" I shook my head and frowned. "I never heard them or something like that." "Because I'm here to protect you."

"Hey, Silver where here, why are you spacing out there?" My momentary flashback turned to the real world when Sinner spoke beside me. 'Huh? What?" I asked bewildered. "I said where in the school, let's go." He snatches my hand resting in my lap and got out of the bus as we hurriedly went to our school.

We are on the same class so we are always together, except when we have club activities because we have different clubs. "Sinner, let's get our lunch, I'm so hungry." I asked. "Ok, I'm starving too, you didn't eat your breakfast, that's why." I pout before I argue. "I slept late last night, that's why." "Because, you always watch those crazy people in the television." "Hey, they're not crazy and besides it's romance stories."

I defended. "Ha! You stop watching those and concentrate on studying." "I am studying and besides I'm smarter than you." "I'm just giving you a way, that's why." "Just accept the fact, let's just go, before the other students grab something nice." "Fine."

"Oh shoot my favorite was gone. How can that be?" I hysterically said. I plump down on the chair and put my tray on top of the table. "It's not every day that you get what you want, and don't be stubborn over a food." "Yeah, right...ugh." "Here, umma made some sandwiches for us." He grasped inside his bag and handed me a tupperware. I opened it and took some into my watering mouth. "Umma's the best when it comes to this. Thanks, now my tantrums gone."

"Heh, you're just a gluttonous skinny brat." He whispered. "Hey, I heard what you said!" I barked at him and throw him some napkins. "You're like a child, I couldn't have imagined were twins in the first place." I frowned at him. "So, you were saying that you regret that I'm your twin?" "Hehe, not that much...hehe." "Ok then, let's split up, and besides I don't wanna be your twin anymore." I didn't wait for him to answer and I rush back to our classroom. Fortunately, girls are separated with the boys on the sitting arrangement. The whole time I didn't glance up at him and even reply to his questions. I want him to turn back what he said, but he never did until the dismissal of our last class. I went first on the washroom, fix myself before heading out on the locker room, and retrieve some books. My peripheral vision caught a glimpse of Sinner going to his locker, but before he can approach nearer, I turned my back and went through first in the exit door.

"Gotcha!" "Ahhh! Sinner! Don't just jump around and scare people!" I shrieked when I was passing our neighborhood. "Haha, you're not mad at me anymore." He smiled but I avert my eyes on him. "Of course I'm still mad at you, I hate you!" He grabbed my wrist and faced him in a hug. "Hush, my baby sister is having her hard time. I regret that you are my twin, I can't deny that, because I want to be the one who will make you happy, not just a sibling, that's why I said that, okay?"

"Sinner, that's incest, you want twincest?" I joked. "That's not what I meant, I don't want to have a twin, I want you to be your oppa, you have such a dirty mind Silver, and besides that's gross!" He slapped my forehead and stuck his tongue. "Ouch! That hurts, you hurt me emotionally and now you hurt me physically? I hate you so much!" I tried to run away from him but he held my hand. "Get off! Let go of my hand!" "Maybe, I can still consider the twincest that you mentioned." "On second thought, that's so gross, Sinner." I tried to cover my free hand on my ear. "I know that! It gives me goose bumps too." "Just don't say that again." I waved my hand to signal to keep it ourselves.

"Umma, you know what, Silver's talking about incest a while ago." I almost sprinkle my drink when Sinner suddenly brought up that topic while we are having our dinner together. "Oh! What are you talking about? You are infront of the table and talking some molests words." Umma hissed. "Umma, it's Sinner's idea not mine!" I retorted. "I didn't mean it that way, you're just thinking too much." "Hey, I didn't, umma don't listen to him. He said he didn't want me to be his twin." I answered back. Umma looked at Sinner with a frown. "Sinner, you said that to your sister?" Appa back-up.

"Like, I said that's not what I meant, and besides I'm just saying." He gives me a smirk and went back to eating. "Well, Silver, don't talk something like that to your brother." "Arasso, umma." "Now, that you mentioned it, why don't you two separate rooms." I look at my umma in shock expression, the same with Sinner too. "But, umma that's not really necessary..." I explained. "And besides umma, Silver is a scaredy cat without someone beside her." Sinner verbalized. "I'm not!" "Is that it? But you are already in the middle school, isn't it the right time to separate you two? You've been together all you life and never separated once. Besides, it's for your own good, you too are growing, it's not good to see you two sleeping together."

"Ugh! Umma don't say that, it gives me creeps." I gawked at Sinner and to umma. "Yeah, sure they may be inseparable if that happens." Shannon unnie chuckle. "Unnie, that will never happen, I can be by myself without Sinner with me, and the same with Sinner too right?" "But isn't it too awkward if someone court you and know that you two are still sleeping together?" Siel oppa said while drinking his juice. "Hyung is right, and besides were grown-ups, we should used being not with each other."

"Okay, then, it's okay with me, I will just move to unnie's room." "Yeah, right, I might need some girl bonding than Siel, haha!" Shannon unnie tease. "Okay, that's enough, you forgot to eat dinner because of that." Dad impedes our conversation. After that, I move in to unnie's room and fix my things while Sinner stayed on our former room.
