You woke up to a slight beeping noise along with muffled talking. You slowly opened your eye— wait, eye?
You jumped up feeling your left eye, panicking. "O-oh my god.. what happened to my eye..?" You mumbled, shuffling around the hospital bed. Finally, you look straight ahead and find Vox, Velvette and ..Victoria.?

——-your pov——-
I start hyperventilating as tears slowly fill my eyes. A tall woman comes over to my side, kneeling down to hold my hand and caress my eye. All the memories come flooding back to me. It was not Velvette but Victoria that was caressing me. Great.
I gain back mental consciousness and look over. I slowly turn my head. "Get the FUCK away from me." I whisper as I scoot to the other direction. Vox and Velvette look over, this causes Victoria to put on a sweet looking face.
When they continue talking, she whisper-yells "You little brat."
I wipe my tears away and stand up, causing Vox to look at me.
"Damn it Y/N.. are you okay? I-I mean of course your not but— fuck— I need you to tell me you are."
Velvette pushes him aside.
"Yeah girl, your eye was pouring out buckets of blood—" Vox nudges Velvettes arm. "I mean- your good right? She switches up.
My poster drops as I exhale. "I guess I'm.. fine.." I say the last part while I look at Victoria.
"I'm going to.. the bathroom." I say as I drag out my words. Vox and Velvette move aside so I could get to the door.

The first thing I do is look in the mirror. A white-taped-patch is covering my eye. "Holy hell.." I say as I touch my face, not breaking eye contact with the mirror. Some blood got on my hand so I turn around to wash my hands.
The slightly loud pressure of the sink started when I turned it on. The temperature wasn't cold like I had originally thought, but warm, perfectly.
I turn back around to dry my hands and I notice a presence (dk if I spelt that right) behind me. "Hm. I guess you've got all the attention now?" Victoria attempts to trip you.
"I guess so, but actions have consequences." I click my tongue three times.
"And hours have only just started." She pushes you to the ground.
I chuckle. "Cringe ahh.."
She hovers her heel over my face, trying to press it down, but I try and continue to keep it over me.
I let out a grunting noise, almost a growl. (I'm not cringe I swear 😔)
Velvette throws open the door and just looks in shock.
"Velvette! It's probably not what it.. yknow.. looks like." She throws her hand in a circle while she talks.
"I.. okay well how about we both get out and let Y/N shower and eat breakfast?!" Velvette closes her hands together, obviously nervous.
"Right." Victoria glares at you. "Bye N/N!" She says sweetly.
I scoff. "What a loser." I mumble.

I finally get out the bathroom and notice Vox sitting on the bed. I look around the room and thankfully, it's just him.
Vox was sitting watching his phone, but he seemed to have noticed me as I walked out.

"Hey darling. You look.. better..!"
"You don't have to lie." I laugh.
He looks over to the side and sighs. "Look. I heard about what happened in the bathroom and yesterday. But- I just can't fire Victoria."
My face turns straight. "What.?" "Let me finish."

"First of all, she keeps saying you hated her since day one. And honestly, it's true.. you never liked her and you always avoided her."
"But I-"
"Not now. Second, she's a.. good worker."
"Lastly I- I don't believe that she just attacked you. There had to have been a good reason, she's a good person."
"I'm gonna stop you there. Vox, if there was a 'good reason' why wouldn't you have heard or seen it on your camera? You obviously have them everywhere and I'm not following any excuse you have for her. If you want to believe that she's a great person, why don't you just get with her?!"
"Your making an argument out of nothi-"
"SHUT UP! I'm so sick and tired of having to deal with shit like this. Maybe it's because your a self centered overlord, or maybe it's because your just a huge bastard!"
"Watch your goddamn tone, and your right, maybe I should just get with her?!" He yells back, his circuits flickering.
"THEN GO!" I point at the door.

Oooh drama!! Take this as a filler for those shorter chapters.
Is it weird I'm good at arguing?
