As the moon rised upon the horizon, the sound of opera called into the night from an open window of a nearby lab. Inside, a scientist disects a woman while she is alive, her screams muffled and body strapped down. The scientist hummed to the music, as blood soaked his gloves and organs piled up on the tub beside him.

The woman finally bled out soon after, her stomach cut neatly down the middle with a hollow cavity now permeating the space. The scientist then inspected the woman, young, mid 20s, long, luscious black hair, eyes that were blue as the sky on a clear summers day. Skin soft as silk, still warm to the touch.

The scientist leaned over her body, dressed in a white lab coat, rubber gloves soaked in buckets of blood, a plague doctor mask hiding his face. He laughed as he viewed the woman, whispering. "You are imperfect my dear, I shall make you beautiful once again". He took off the mask, scars and burns covering his face, bone peeking through the muscle along the right side of his jaw. Hollow eyes now void of life.

He glanced over at the mirror, his grin faded as he saw his own reflection. "Don't look at me like that!". He drew a gun from his coat and shot the mirror to pieces, cackling again, he went back to work. He amputated the woman's limbs, extracting her womb and then stitched it shut. After that, he began to rebuild her, he placed her legs where arms should be. Arms where legs should be and her head on backwards.

After that, he removed her breasts and disfigured her face, removing the flesh around her left eye to expose the bone underneath, carved a smile into her face and welded it open using rods.
