VALERIE HAD JUST PARKED HER CAR in the driveway of the sturniolo's house. she had to ask herself the same question over and over and over again the whole way there. and that was, why am i doing this? because she really didn't know. the entire time she thought about hanging out over here, all she could see was chris's face. it pissed her off because why would she be coming over if she was just going to be around chris the whole time? it seemed like a lose-lose situation to her.
she somehow found the motivation to get out of her car and walk right up to their front door. as she knocked, she hoped that it wouldn't be chris who opened the door. what would she even say? sup? would she say nothing? it's not like she wanted to be overly kind to him, but she also didn't want to be that bitch.
when the door infront of her opened, she didn't even realize she was holding her breath until the other person on the other side made her take a quick inhale. there was a problem with that though because she already was holding her breath, the extra air went right down into her throat, causing her to choke on air.
