Wattpad Banning Private Messaging

Hi everyone, we're down to nine days now.

The petition is soooo close to 10k, we need 719 people to sign to get there

I just learned from someone on my message board that there are 4 different petitions on the same thing.

We all can't work separately on this, we need to work with one petiton to get the most people we can. If we have many different petitions everyone is separated to make that one petition work

We need to get this one to its highest, I know Wattpad sees it. They can't just ignore how much we're getting now.

We need to team up to finish this off, once and for all. 

That's all I had to say about that matter

Now are the ideas given

There are just so many that I can't copy and paste each and every single one, so I'll just put what I remember

Firstly

There was an idea given to get MrBeat/Elon Musk to help, and that's what we did (I hope you guys spammed them as the few others I know did)

I don't have time for links but I think you can find them easily.

But instead of trying to get those two only, we should get the small YouTubers too (many people were giving me names of YouTubers that I'm not going to list)

I want you guys to go to any YouTuber you know or remember and spam them about this, this is better than working on one YouTuber at a time

Secondly

There are many Wattpad authors and creators that were/are popular

The idea was to get authors for 5/10-ish years ago and find them, since they left Wattpad or tried to expose it (Like Jane Conquest)

I want you guys to find any people like this on any kind of media, even if you have to search up anything 

Thirdly 

This idea was going about getting the news on this (this was going around for like 4 chapters, so I  hope you spammed like I said to)

We need all the help we can get, I have spammed on Twitter (but we still need more people to spam on there, including other websites)

Fourthly

This idea was giving to me just earlier today to find ambassadors social medias (outside of wattpad) and to message them

Many of you guys might be scared a bit to even message after what wattpad said so this is an optional idea of you want to move forward with getting ambassador and wattpad over here

Fifthly

This one is a bit more for me (but also for you guys) if you guys could change the language of this chapter or spread out the word in different languages that would be awesome

Many of you guys speak different languages so it would be more easier (this idea is for you guys)

I also need a translator to change this whole chapter into a different language (including the petition bio thingy)

Clarifications

Firstly

This is about what had happened yesterday, the thing. I copied and pasted this one because they explain it with good evidence (better than I can)

"Hey, I hope you're doing okay. I saw your book with the pms (I'm totally the same opinion) idk if this is gonna help in any way, but my gf (she's also a user on wp) had a few problems with commenting too.

(Cuz rn, I'm there at your book where this one person said smth with problems at the commenting) she said her commenting wouldn't work and that wp wouldn't let her commenting.

That was like, a week ago and a few says (it's 27th April rn) and yeah.

Now its gone so she can sent comments again. And also, yesterday or a few days ago, there was like a kinda 'lag' in wp.

It said that I had no connection (?) Buuut, I also checked my wlan and everything and it was fine. Also the other apps with wlan (like c.ai or snap) worked. Maybe it's just a problem with my phone, but yeah."

I don't think at all it's a problem with your phone, this happened to me also. I got the '502' thingy as I usually do, so I thought it was normal since the thing was gone. Until comments weren't working and pm's also. 

I don't understand the commenting part though, why take that out during the 'no messages' in the pm's. This confused me a lot.

Secondly

There is an update I guess for the app, DO NOT DO THIS UPDATE

Someone has just told me that a few people did it and it got even more laggy

Can someone tell me how long has it been since Wattpad has updated? I still don't know what's up with it and what else it's going to do so it's better not to do it until we figure out more

Thirdly

There has been a lot of things Wattpad has done or been saying that makes this even more suspicious than it should be. (I don't have the evidence from the top of my head but there is some I know)

Like wattpad moving the latest chapter of their 'News & Updates' book to the first chapter- where no one usually looks (I always look to the updated)

Wattpad messing with someone's thing and saying that they need premium to read this book

Wattpad deleting a promotors account without notice and not saying why

Wattpad suspending people

Wattpad now giving 'notices' (which clearly sound like threats) to people who sent the links out and deleting them

Wattpad is doing all these things to keep the petition under wraps, the update doesn't just feel like an update that's supposed to happen because of what's going on in the community.

It's something more than that now.

I don't understand why or what but I'm gonna figure it out.

A person asked me if I'm scared if wattpad will remove my account.

I responded with, 

"Not really, this is all for a good cause. If I had to go down for the evidence so be it...Ig I'd be a tiny bit scared at the moment but right now I don't feel that." 

I've been daring wattpad to delete my book, me, anything. I want the evidence and I want it bad.

If wattpad deletes this account it shows to what wattpad's really tryna do. They'll be hiding it.

And for some reason I'm not scared, maybe when I lose it but not right now.

I'm not important so there's no point in being scared.
