The midday sun is slowly fading and a beautiful afternoon begins.
"I like to hang out with you." I hear Miles say and turn my head towards him.
We hear the city noise.
"I like to hangout with you too." I answer, slowly smiling at him.
He breaths out and turns his head towards the sky.

"Are you excited for summer?" he asks after a while, breaking the comfort silence.
"Of course, who isn't excited?" I ask back, nudging his shoulder with my arm while smiling.
"You're right." he shakes his head and laughs.

"Do you want something to drink?" I ask.
"Yeah." he answers while getting himself up.
I search for a second bottle of apple juice.
"Here." I hand him a bottle, smiling at him.
"Thanks." he smiles back and our hands touch.
We look at each other and time stops.
My breathing quickens and my heart pounds harder.
He breaks the eye contact and starts to drink, I look down while trying to calm down.

A small breeze comes and I take a deep breath.
My hair goes into my face and before I can put it behind my ear, I feel fingers touching my cheek, doing it for me.
