I was so anxious the whole time waiting for the time go to George's and drink JUST A WINE

"Knox slept" Lando sat on the couch "Ready to go?"

"Yeah" I nodded and I took a look to the address that George sent me to go "So the apartment is 5 minutes my feet I will go"

"You can always take my car" Lando said pointing at his car keys

"I'm fine don't worry" I grabbed my back and I kissed his cheek "I'm leaving"

"You have the keys of my apartment, right?" Lando asked

"Yeah!" I opened the door to leave "Bye"

"Bye!" Lando waved at me, I walked downstairs and I started walking to George's house

I had a strange feeling in my stomach, I was so stressed going to George's house because I had to watch him again

I have to make the things easier so I could tell him one day about Knox

I arrived in George's house and I rang the bell, he opened the door wearing just shorts and he was shirtless

His muscles were all out and I was just stayed staring at them

"Hi Savannah" George giggled and I looked at his eyes

"Hi" I laughed softly "How are you?"

"I was waiting for you! Come in!" George made a step back and I got in the house, he closed the door and I looked at him "Go in the living room and I'll come after I'll wear a T-Shirt"

"Yeah" I laughed and I walked in the living room to sat on the couch of his house, I watched some trophies and I walked to take a look at them, it wasn't the race from Brazil but some other places

I am so proud that he has achieved that but the fact that everything happened because we broke up makes me even sad

I am happy about George because he deserves the best, it was a photo, it was us from our Christmas trio of 2020 in Maldives, the covid era that probably I got pregnant there

"I'm back" George said and I turned to watch him "Maldives 2020, remember?"

"Yeah" I nodded and I sat back on the couch "It was good"

"It was" George gave me a glass of red wine "Hope you still like it"

"Of course yeah!" I laughed softly "It's amazing"

"Cheers" George said

"Cheers" We took a sip from our wine and then we sat comfortably and started talking

"Tell me about your life, do you have any boyfriend right now?" George asked

"No I haven't been on a relationship since we broke up" I nodded smiling "We had fun"

"We still do" George smiled at me "You're still so beautiful"

"I thought that you would have a girlfriend and probably a child because from what I know you love them" I smiled trying to see if he likes kids

"Yeah I absolutely love the kids" George nodded "I mean you would be the most suitable mom for my kids but we are not together"

"Yeah we are not" I took a sip from my wine "I am sure that you will have a woman that can stand next to you and be your wife and the mother of your kids"

"I I don't know" George sighed "You are the one for me and I know it"

"Stop it" I giggled "We broke up"

"It was wrong, Savannah! I need you back" George touched my hand

"Let's go slow please! We just saw each other after four years and I can't say that we can go back together" I smiled at him "Let's start from the bottom and see if we can go higher"

"Amazing" George nodded

We had fun together talking about his races and we has also some snacks together and ended up watching a movie together on the couch of his house
