Bealfire - they met on Neverland, she let him out when Peter wasn't sure. The charming, care free pirate girl drew him easily as she spoke with a elegance towards him.

Henry Mills- (9-/10) her and Henry have always gotten along, he liked her spunky attitude. The two looked after each other, Henry trying to figure out who she was in the storybook. Not expecting his best friend to be the daughter of Captain Hook. He always knows where to find her when she disappears. As long as Pen is around no one can mess with Henry.

Regina Mills/ the evil Queen - (5/10) She has always respected the woman even if they didn't fully get along. The two existing in a mutual understanding as they both cared deeply for Henry. The relationship between them grew strained as they arrived to Neverland, Regina not trusting the girl

Emma Swan - (7/10 ) At first she was skeptical of Emma but after a while grew to like and care for the woman, as Emma took her under her wing and sort of cared for her like a daughter. That feeling only grew when Emma and Hook became involved.

Mary Margaret Blanchard/ Snow white - (8/10) Mary Margaret has always been such a sweet woman that Penny couldn't dream of ever disliking her so she would always get along with her and brings her baked goods whenever she can.

Mr. Gold / Rumplestiltskin - (8/10) no one really expected her to get along with him as amazingly as she did. She finds him intriguing and though he seems cold it doesn't faze her as she will still hang around the pawn shop

David Nolan/ Prince Charming - (7/10) while they don't get along quiet as well she still Likes the man and his Loyalty. He is admirable. David thinks the younger girl is sweeter then she shows when she closes herself off and he doenst like the idea of her and Peter

Captain Killian 'Hook' Jones - (10/10) Killian loves Penny and she loves him. Since Killian has taken her in as a child she has always looked up to him and he will always protect her. Killian despises how she feels for pan but she won't listen to him try to reason. He doenst understand what she sees in him.

Peter Pan - (10/10) she adores the boy. When they first met she wants scared of him like the others were, standing her grounds as she looked him in the eyes with defiance. The way she stood up to him caught his attention and he liked the fire he saw in her spirit.

Felix - (10/10) Felix is her best friend, the two growing close as she pretty much forced him. He grew to the point where no one could touch her, being as scary as Peter could be.  The two rough house together a lot and have so much fun in each other's company.

Bealfire / Neal - (10/10) Bealfire was such a sweet boy when they first met. She adored him and his sweet smile, the two becoming close friends. He developed feelings for her but they weren't returned. The shock at seeing him as Neal was intense for her as she was still young but he was grown.
