PICNIC

After returning to my house I was told that we were going for picnic on Sunday ,that is ,tomorrow with arnay and his family and then it hit me what have I done . I had accepted his unreasonable offer even though I know it wont work also my parents are not very fond of love , marriages and what if they get know about this . I had to talk to him tomorrow about this.

About ten o clock we sat in our car with all food and other necessities for our picnic , my parents were really happy and I was really nervous because we were going to meet first time after accepting the challenge of six months ,after almost half an hour we reached india gate ,they were already there and when we got down aunty Reena hugged me ,she had always loved me like her own child then ,after finding a perfect spot everything was arranged. I couldnt bring myself to look at him and was trying to ignore as much as I can

why are you ignoring me?? he asked

And I looked that him , his black shirt ,his scattered hair ,his black left ear stud and everything I was almost lost and he didnt objected but then ,my parents called and I went to them.

After chatting for a while everyone decided to play cards but being bad at it I decided that am going to sketch ,thank God I had kept my sketchbook . I have always loved nature and sketching it has been always a therapy so I went away a little and was trying to figure out this time what was going to my therapy but after every minute my eyes would reach out to him , not because he looked serene but maybe because I had to tell him about not telling our parents the thing between us. I was definitely sure that it was the later case that eyes kept going to him.

I was interrupted by why dont you sketch him??

I turned and saw sonal was standing behind me and smiling

so what is going between both of you?? -she asked

what did he told you?

Just that he confessed

And.nothing ,he said its not the right time to say anything to anyone and that you would not like it

She laughed a little and left , I looked at him sitting exactly in the same position just like he was sitting in the theatre and my fingers started to sketch him after I was done , I heard

And I immediately closed my sketchbook

While trying to get up I realized that my legs went numb maybe because I was sitting for a long time so I straighten them and said

My legs are numb it will take a while to walk

And the next thing he did was sitting beside me and asking
