Incoming message from the out-of-office Sergeant Li Zhaoli, 6th Internal Affairs Section Leader of the 2nd Platoon, handled by Private First-Class Sun Wenxiu:

While visiting my hometown near the border, I observed a group of seven individuals equipped with Western-style armor riding on horseback in the vicinity of my home. It appears that they intruded from outside the border into our territory. I concealed myself inside my house and observed this group. All of them were carrying polearms. Initially, they seemed cautious of their surroundings, but later they broke the window glass of a parked car near the field and searched inside. After 2 to 3 minutes, they set the car on fire and fled the scene, riding in the direction outside the border. I have already informed the local police station and also reported to the Battalion Headquarters.

I am reporting this matter immediately to the Battalion Commander.

Battalion Commander's Orders:

To Sergeant Li:

I hereby order you to remain on-site and conduct reconnaissance in the surrounding area. However, as the battalion will dispatch support personnel, until then, you should focus on vigilance to ensure your own safety.

To the 2nd Platoon Leader:

1. Mobilize the members of the 6th Internal Affairs Section for emergency assembly and dispatch them to the location for recon duty. Additionally, designate one NCO from the platoon as the leader of the recon team to maintain contact with the Battalion Headquarters.

2. Carry handguns and rifles as weapons. The use of weapons should be in accordance with the Army Combat Regulations and Security Deployment guidelines. Regarding combat actions, prioritize the elimination of armed forces, and apprehension should only be permitted if local police support is available. If the local platoon leader deems the elimination of armed forces to be challenging, neutralization should be implemented.
