As Eve enjoyed a rare day off, she decided to tackle the cleaning that had been neglected due to her busy schedule. With determination, she started dusting shelves and sweeping floors, finding solace in the simple act of tidying up her space.
Midway through her cleaning spree, there was a knock at the door, and to her surprise, it was Alexzander. He stood there with a warm smile, holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand and a basket of goodies in the other.
"Hey, Eve," he greeted, his eyes lighting up at the sight of her. "I thought I'd stop by and see if you needed any help with cleaning."
Eve's heart swelled with affection at his thoughtful gesture. "That's so sweet of you, Alexzander," she replied, stepping aside to let him in. "I could definitely use an extra pair of hands."
Together, they tackled the cleaning tasks with enthusiasm, laughing and joking as they worked. Alexzander proved to be surprisingly adept at household chores, and Eve found herself falling even more in love with him with each passing moment.
As they took a break for lunch, Eve couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt about the state of her own home. "Tomorrow, we should clean your place," she suggested, her voice tinged with determination.
Alexzander chuckled at her suggestion. "Actually, I have cleaners who come in twice a week," he admitted sheepishly. "But I'd love to spend the day with you anyway, even if it's just lounging around and relaxing."
Eve smiled at his words, feeling a wave of gratitude wash over her. She knew that she was lucky to have someone as caring and supportive as Alexzander in her life, and she was determined to cherish every moment they spent together.
