Wake up Shellington

A/N: Scott,Paani and Peso made it to the village back at the fourth kingdom, Scott took Paani back to Shellington's home, after that he took Peso back to the medical/hospital, house/pharmacy where he lives, Paani goes inside and checks on the family,

Paani:"how he's doing" Pearl:"he's breathing slow and shallow but he looks so lifeless and he is so pale"

Markus:"his fever isn't making things easer either, *deep sigh* he's my only son and I can't loose him" Paani goes inside Shellington's room, he sits on the chair that's close to Shellington, *his lips look so soft and smooth, his fur is soft as silk* he thought,

*HOLD ON! WHY AM I THINKING ABOUT THIS NOW, HE SICK, THESE ROMANTIC AND NAUGHTY THOUGHTS CAN WAIT!!*he thought again,

Peso and Pogo come in, *I'm saved* he thought, Peso:"Paani I need you to hold head up and steady while I pour this into his mouth, Pogo I need you to open his mouth for me in order to pour it in"

Paani sits up Shellington's body slowly at angle, and hold his head steady as possible, Pogo opens the mouth, and finally Peso pours the liquid light green remedy into Shellington's mouth slowly and carefully,

-after that- Peso:"now we wait" Paani, lays Shellington's body back on the bed, "Wake up Shellington please"Paani said with tears rolling down his face and voice sounding broken, Paani can't stand seeing Shellington like this,

Many people in the village prying for Shellington to wake up, helping out the family, King Barnacles and Queen Dashi come to see the family, Markus:"Barncles?, Dashi?" Dashi:"we wanted to see if your ok" Barnales:"how's Shellington"

Markus:"his fever caused him to fall into a coma, comas are unpredictable you know you don't know when your going to wake up or die, Pearl is resting" -in Pearls room-

Pearl can't sleep due her brother being in a coma, neither can Markus, days, weeks and two months went by, Paani came in to check on Shellington everyday for the past two months,
Until one day...

Paani was laying awake, in the early morning, Shellington's fever broken out a few days ago, now he's in the room, laying down on his bed unconscious, "Please wake up Shellington" Paani said,

Suddenly Shellington's eyes open "P-Paani?"
"Shellington!" He hugs him, then start crying, "you scared me and and everyone else, I thought...I thought...I thought I going to lose you" he said crying,

Shellington couldn't believe what he was hearing, "how long was I out for?" that question had to wait because Pearl came into the room,

Pearl:"😟...." Seeing her brother finally awake, and looking much better than he did before, his skin color back to its normal shade, his eyes well rested, Pearl hugs her brother and cries,

"Oh Shellington, I'm glad you are okay!" "Hey sis" he said, Markus comes out of nowhere and hugs his son, "don't ever scare us like that again" Markus said "you have no idea how much you terrified me"Pearl said

-after that-

"Two months?!" Shellington shouted, Pogo and Peso were examining him just to be safe,"I was out for that long?" he said, Peso:"yup, everyone  made sure you were OK after you got sick, everyone made sure you dad and sister were doing well"

Pogo:"Paani, rarely left your side, he barely ate, barely slept, checking your temperature, changing your clothes every day, helped your dad and sister with house cleaning, and cooking, doing laundry, grocery shopping, taking care of your kids the veggiemals, only left the room to use the restroom or shower"

Paani was sleeping, on the chair, sleep sitting, Shellington couldn't help but look at him and smile 😊, "remind me to thank him later" he said, -moments later- Paani woke to the sound of laughter and chuckling

He goes down stairs and sees Shellington, he gives him a huge hug, Shellington hugs him back, "thanks for being there for me Paani" "you had me worried I'm just glad your ok now" Paani said

(Sorry for taking so long to publish this chapter I more schoolwork to do at home so it hard for me to type my stories and publish the chapters anyways I hoped you enjoyed it bye)
