Jay: Neither ( He doesn't stay up late or wake up early )
Lloyd: NIGHT OWL ( He doesn't sleep. Like AT ALL. He'll stay up all night watching Kryptarium's security cameras. He only sleeps when he passes out from exhaustion which rarely happens since he's part oni and dragon )
Zane: Both ( He doesn't need sleep )
Nya: Early bird ( She'll wake up early, so that she can train or build some new machine )
Kai: Night owl ( He stays up to make sure everyone else sleeps ( He fails ) which leads to him staying up pretty late since barely anyone ( And by barely anyone I mean Lloyd ) sleeps at a decent time )
Cole: Neither ( He goes to bed early and wakes up late )
