Mini and Neil reach haveli

As it was a Saturday Arya had an off from school. She came running towards the door

Arya: Neil..Veerbalika kya hua..? Tum case jeet gaye na..batao bhi mai Kiya se mil sakti hu na..wo meri friend banegi..are tum dono kuch bolo bhi to.. kabse chup khade ho

Neil: Choti Madam aap hume bolne ka mauka to do

Arya: Achha batao

Neil: (bending to Arya's level) Haan choti madam hum case jeet gaye... 

Arya hugs him tight

Arya: Mujhe pata tha ki tum jeet jaaoge..Kyunki papa ne mujhe sikhaya tha ki jo log acche hote hain unke saath humesha accha hi hota hai.. Mai bohot khush hu

She saw Mini was lost somewhere

Arya: Are Veerbalika tum kya soch rahi ho...

Mini didnt reply

Arya: Veerbalika.. Veerbalika.. She shook her arm

Mini: Haan haan chutanki..Kya hua

Arya: Mujhe nahi tumhe batao kya hua..kahan kho gayi khade khade

Mini: Nahi nahi kuch nahi..bs thoda thak gayi hu.. mai apne room me jaa rahi hu

Neil sensed something wasnt right with Mini

Neil: Choti Madam aaj to aapki school ki chhuti hai na to jao maze karo..par homework kar lena warna Veerbalika ko apna Veerta wala swaroop dikhane me der nahi lagegi

Arya: (Lighly chuckling) Haan tum sahi keh rahe ho Neil.. Mai jaati hu

Neil went to Mini's room. He saw Mini was not there. He checked the washroom but she wasnt there either. 

Neil: Mini to bolke gayi thi ki room me jaa rahi hai.. yahan to nahi hai.. phir to pakka balcony me hogi

He goes towards the balcony and finds Mini sitting on the ground with her knees folded towards the chest and she was in deep thoughts

She did not come to know that Neil was there as she was very much lost in her own world 

Neil: Mini...kya hua tum aise neeche kyu baithi hu.. kya soch rahi ho..? Itna to mujhe pata hai ki ye sirf thakan nahi hai.. Ab poori baat kya hai ye tum hi bata do

Mini: Nahi kuch nahi mai jaa rahi hu

She stands up to leave 

Neil grabs her wrist and pulls her back

Neil: Aise to mai tumhe jaane nahi doonga. Batao kya baat hai jo tum itni pareshaan ho..

Mini: Kaha na kuch nahi.. Kyu force kar rahe ho tum mujhe

Neil: Kyu ab tum mujhse baatein chupane lagi.. Mujhe avoid kar rahi ho na

Mini starts looking here and there as a child whose mischeif got caught

Mini: Nahi aisi to koi baat nahi hai.. (fake smile) Mai kyu karungi tumhe avoid.

Neil: Because tumhe lagta hai ki ab mai Delhi chala jaaunga and tumhe bhool jaaunga aur phir tum akeli ho jaaogi and all that stupid things jo tumhare iss dimaag mai chal rahi hai

Mini: (shocked as Neil knew exactly what she was thinking without her even telling him once) Maine to tumse aisa kuch bhi nahi kaha...

Neil: You know na tumhe kehne ki zaroorat nahi hai.. I can sense you and ye jo tumhara dil hai na iska mere dil ke saath connection hai to jo bhi tum ye ulta pulta sochti ho na mujhe sab pata chal jaata hai..
