"I thought we were friends", but the voice sounded broken saying that.

"Or is it just me who is being—"

"No, you're not," he cut him off.

"I—...... I also thought it too," he said it with his head stayed low.

After a long pause, just when he thinks he's finished speaking, he resumes,

"But we aren't."

"I couldn't," that came out softly.

"I couldn't see you as a friend," he said, raising his head.

Sadness formed in his face.

"I won't." Firmer.

Shock took form in another second.

"You won't?" His voice quivers.

Silence overtook the conversation.

"We almost had it all," his voice cracked.

"If only—"

"If only you didn't ---------- yourself."

He turned around, ignoring him.

"If only you hadn't chosen that damn sword," the last four words would have come out as a scream.

He glanced his hanging sword at his waist uninterestedly before starting to walk away.

Slowly yet unwavering.

"If only you could trust me," his vision started to get blurred with his own tears.

"Wh-?" His words get jumbled up with his cracked voice.

"Why?" The question got stuck in his throat.

The figure still walked away without any concern.

"Why Fanggggggggggg!" Boboiboy said.

Fang never once, never once turned back.
