He are now hanging out with the Destroyers at the Amusement park(He's a Destroyer too, don't think he's a Lolicon), especially Javelin. And all of them except Protostar have been refitted by him and Titan so they are now stronger than before(Althought they are still weak to the Starships but meh...)
