Chapter 4

LINNEA'S POV

I woke up the next morning to find myself sat at my desk.

Right no trains was running last night.

I was thankful today was my day off because it meant I could go straight home and clean up.

I also didn't want to be wearing this dress for something like work.

It was early, I decided to hurry home.

I got up off the chair and speed walked towards the door.

I got home and cleaned myself up a bit.

I heard my phone pinging.

I was confused to see Scarlet's name pop up.

I answered the call.

"Hello?"
I questioned.

"Tell me what is sex like with other Women?"
Scarlet asked.

I was beyond confused.

"I think that's something you might have to experience yourself if you want to know"
I admitted.

There was a silence.

"Wait did you call me just to ask that?"
I snorted.

"Who are you talking too? And where was you last night?
Mya yawned.

Oh looks like she's awake now.

I heard Scarlet hang up the phone.

"Oh it's nothing and trains stopped running"
I explained.

I felt as if it was best to keep Scarlet's question to myself.

Mya had a big mouth.

Mya switched on the TV and the news was playing.

Scarlet was making some statement about Wutai.

I assumed it wasn't live considering I was just on the phone with her.

"You work for her instead of Palmer now right?"
Mya questioned.

"Oh yes I do"
I responded.

Mya had a look on her face.

"From one executive to another, my new employer would hate you"
Mya informed.

New employer?

"Uhhhhhh I mean it's not like I'm a Shinra asslicker, I just want to actually have money"
I explained.

"I know I know they just really hate Shinra"
Mya stated.

"I understand"
I nodded.

I really did.

"Speaking of my job I've got to go, first mission"
Mya informed.

Mission?

"Wait wait mission? What on earth?"
I questioned.

"Must go bye"
Mya waved.

I watched as she left.
