The scene: A younger Katniss sitting in the rain
Katniss was sitting in the rain next to the bakery, starving, her family hadn't eaten for days. She saw a bunch of movement inside but didn't go look. After a hour she got up and walked home. After one more week Katniss and her family passed away from starvation. Katniss never went into the woods, and never met Gale Hawthorn. Therefore if it wasn't for Peeta, Gale would never have a hunting buddy and would die for a stupid reason (probably). Therefore (part two) Gale x Katniss is the worst ship. I mean it's your opinion and there are no wrong opinions. (Except Gale x Katniss)
