Jay's POV
Jay puked silently as he witness Sunghoon smiling back at the guy in the middle in front of the three guys in front of him. Was he actually serious? I mean, the guy was cute, but that....escalated quickly, Jay thought knowing Sunghoon would just reject anybody who tried to approach him.
Beside Sunoo, he saw a younger looking version of him.If he wasn't wrong, that was Jungwon, the one Heeseung was talking about before class that morning. Jay stifled a smile when he saw him puking dramatically at the side. Didn't need no words to know this dude wanted to pack his things and fly to Antarctica and live with the penguins.
Okay maybe he wanted to do that.
Wait, scratch that, that would just mean meeting more 'Sunghoon's.
He glanced over at the guy again. He smiled when he saw his reaction to his friend flirting with Sunghoon. It was honestly hilarious. And to be honest, he looked kinda cute...
No! Why are you thinking that? After what happened three years ago? Jay you're out of your mind.
He sighed and took out his phone, surprised to see messages from the group chat.
[Sunghoon made a friend]
K-Hyung: whoa are you serious lmao
Hee-Hyung: yes I am ☺️
K Hyung: WHUT. shOW mehhhh
Iceprincehoon: hey hey relax it's just a guy from my Bio class
K Hyung: A GUY?!
Iceprincehoon: yea he's just a friend.
Jongseong: hm,
really? I've never seen you this smiley tho 😏🤔
K Hyung: smileY?!
Nicho: WHATWHAT

K Hyung: JAY WAS STARING WHAT-
Nicho: okay I'll ignore this class now just for this
Jongseong: Tf, I wasn't staring 💀💀
Hee-Hyung: oh really?

K Hyung: language

Jongseong: and I'm not thinking about her it's just that...it's etched in my memory you know....
Nicho: mhmm
K Hyung: yah
Hee-Hyung: mmm
Jay sighed and switched off his phone, just in time before the bell rang. He stood up and followed his friends to class. On the way there, Sunghoon goes to his side and nudges him. "I saw you staring at Jungwon..."
Jay groaned. "Will you stop? I'm totally not interested..."
"Oh come on, you've been saying that ever since that time. Why not just start anew? He seems cute too..."
Jay pushed Sunghoon to the side, blushing because that's exactly what he thought at first. Sunghoon grinned and walked ahead, leaving Jay thinking to himself.
Should I really try?
