Y/n POV

Jaden tries piping frosting onto their cake but the metal tip spews out make the frosting a big blob on the cake.

"Noo"
he says whiny as he tries to clean his mess.
I laugh a little and dip my finger on the blob.

I wipe my finger on his nose as he walks back a little,
"Y/N STOPPP"

I start laughing, he swiftly does the same thing to me.
"NO JADEN STOP"
I say until he full on grabs the frosting with his hand and wipes it on my shirt.

"JADEN STOOOP"
I exclaim loud as he just starts laughing harder,
"YOU DID IT FIRST AHAHA"
He says bracing his stomach from how hard he was laughing.

I get mad and make a face, I quickly grab frosting with both of my hands and smother them on his shirt AND face.

"ohHH MY GODD"
he says progressively getting more shocked as I smother it all over.

"No we're even y/n stopp"
He says.

My heart drops as I remember something,
"No we're not."

"About that.. let's talk about it y/n, I know somethings bothering you."
He says getting soft on me, going near me and faces me toward him by my waist.

I get shocked and stutter a little,
"Last night, we had a steamy makeout and after that we basically uh well I don't know if it's-"

I stop myself and look down to the ground, he lifts my head up by his palm.
"Hey I'm here to listen."
He says And let's go of me.

"No, this was a mistake. I just don't want myself to assume you like me because-"
I immediately stop myself realizing what I had just said.
"Oh shit I didn't mean to say that"
I stiffen up and look straight at him

"

Last night at the concert, while C.A.S was playing 'you're the only good thing in my life'. I was singing along the chorus when I felt someone hug me from behind, then they turned me around to kiss me. It was dark but then I realised it was You Jaden."
I continue basically recounting everything that happened last night.

He just looks at me,
"Woah..."
He says with a shy tone as if he didn't want to talk to me anymore
"Yeah I understand, you can leave me now."
I spew out disappointed, feeling abandoned.

"I'm still pretty sure you're stuck on Ava anyways.. so yeah"
I say getting uncomfortable in my spot, turning my head away from him.

"What?"
He says and grabs my hand making me look at him.

"I'm not leaving you y/n I'm just embarrassed of what I did."
He says affirming me but all I can really do is stare at him and think of the many times I've felt like this.
He says and starts caressing my palm with his thumb.

"And about Ava, I don't want to associate myself with her anymore. It's only her doing anything to me, What made you say that?"
He says and moves my hair behind my ear as I look at him.

"After all that.. I went away to take a piss, came back because I wanted to ask you why you'd kiss me."
I stop for a while catching my breath
