The rain pounded relentlessly, drenching the streets and casting a gloomy veil over the city. Lee YN hurried through the downpour, her mind still reeling from the unexpected encounter with her ex-boyfriend, Kai. She was determined not to let his presence ruin her evening, but the memory of his smug smirk lingered like a dark cloud over her thoughts.

As she turned the corner, Lee YN froze in her tracks at the sight of Kai approaching, his swagger unmistakable even in the pouring rain. His arrogant grin sent a surge of anger coursing through her veins, but she refused to let him see how much he affected her.

"Babygirl, looks like you were waiting for my presence," Kai remarked, his tone dripping with condescension.

Lee YN's jaw tightened with indignation, but she refused to give him the satisfaction of a reaction. Instead, she fixed him with a steely glare. "Funny, I was just thinking how much I missed your charming personality," she retorted, her voice laced with sarcasm.

Kai's smirk faltered for a moment, his arrogance momentarily shaken by her biting remark. But before he could respond, Lee YN turned on her heel and strode away, leaving him standing in the rain with his ego bruised.

As she hurried through the rain-soaked streets, Lee YN's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of laughter up ahead. She glanced up to see a group of familiar faces approaching, their figures blurred by the sheets of rain.

"Hey, isn't that YN?" Hoseok exclaimed, pointing towards her.
Lee YN's cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she realized she was the center of attention. But her discomfort only intensified when Park Jimin stepped forward, a playful glint in his eyes.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Jimin teased, his voice dripping with charm. "Caught in the rain without an umbrella, babygirl?"
Lee YN's cheeks burned with embarrassment at Jimin's flirtatious tone, but she refused to let him see how flustered he made her. Instead, she squared her shoulders and fixed him with a withering glare. "Wow, Jimin, I never knew you were such a poet," she replied, her voice heavy with sarcasm. "But I think I'll pass on the umbrella. I wouldn't want to ruin your perfect hair."
Jimin's grin faltered for a moment, his confidence momentarily shaken by her sharp retort. But he recovered quickly, flashing her a charming smile. "Touché, babygirl," he conceded, a twinkle of admiration in his eyes. "But don't worry, I'll let you borrow my umbrella. Wouldn't want you to catch a cold, now would we?"

Lee YN rolled her eyes at Jimin's persistence, but she couldn't help but feel a small sense of satisfaction at his defeat. As they continued on their way, she couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie with Taehyung and his friends. Despite the chaos of the day, she couldn't deny that there was something comforting about having them by her side.

And as she finally reached her doorstep, Lee YN couldn't help but feel a glimmer of hope stirring inside her. Perhaps, despite the storms that raged around her, there was still light to be found in the warmth of friendship and the promise of new beginnings.

As Lee YN settled into the backseat of the car, Taehyung couldn't help but notice the way her drenched clothes clung to her body, revealing the curves beneath. His heart skipped a beat as he caught sight of the black piece of cloth around her chest, a blush tinting his cheeks as he averted his gaze.

Meanwhile, Jimin's playful grin widened as he caught sight of Taehyung's flustered state. "Well, well, well, look at Mr. Cool putting on his knight in shining armor act," he teased, nudging Taehyung playfully. "Didn't know you had it in you, Tae."
Taehyung shot Jimin a mock glare, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "Shut up, Jimin," he muttered, though the smile tugging at his lips betrayed his amusement.

As the car pulled away from the curb, Taehyung couldn't help but steal a glance at Lee YN in the rearview mirror. Despite the chaos of the evening, he couldn't deny the warmth that blossomed in his chest at the sight of her. And as they drove through the rain-soaked streets, Taehyung couldn't shake off the feeling that perhaps, in the midst of the storm, he had found something worth holding onto.
