Syari sat up in bed and notti started seeing how skinny she looked

" you sick? Mama , talk to me" notti said

" Ethan I'm pregnant " syari said while tears flowed down her face

Notti smiled " mama , why you say nothing before"

" I - I was scared Ethan , I'm not ready " syari stated

" what you mean you not ready? We can do this momma " notti said

" I don't want to have a child right now Ethan" syari said as tears continued to flow down her face

" well you not aborting my child syari so stop allat crazy talking" notti said while removing the blanket from her

He just stared at her body , seeing how her face , her arms, her legs , her body was smaller then before

" mama have you even went to the doctors yet?" Notti asked

" no Ethan" syari said

" welp look like we taking to trip to the ER today" notti said while sitting syari up and putting some sweats on her

After he got her dressed he went in amiko room and asked if she can take them to the er

" mikooo" notti said happy as fuck

" what Ethan" amiko said

" can you take me and syari to the ER?" Notti asked while checking his phone

" I'm tired of y'all already but yes" amiko said while putting in her shoes

Notti then picked syari up and they got in the car

45 mins later

They arrived to the er and notti carried syari out the car despising the fact she felt weak

He checked her in and waited in the waiting room for the doctor

" Ethan ... I don't-" she said before she got cut off

"SYARI WALKER" the doctor called loud and clear

" that's us " notti said while standing up with syari

He cared syari to the room and layed in her in the bed

" relax mama , you mad tense fa nothing just chill" he said as he whispered in her ear

" okay! How y'all doing today" doctor Kenzie said

" I'm doing fine" syari said in a shaky voice

" is this your first pregnancy Maam?" Doctor Kenzie asked

" yes ma'am" syari said

" do you know how many months you are ?" Doctors Kenzie said while looking at the ultrasound

" no " syari said while looking at notti
