"Holy shit."

Cozy's curiosity is palpable, her eyes wide with anticipation as she leans in closer, eager to uncover the source of Nellie's shock. Meanwhile, Davina's brow furrows in confusion, her own curiosity piqued.

The air hums with anticipation as Nellie, her fingers trembling slightly, angles her phone for her friends to see. Cozy and Davina lean in, their eyes fixated on the screen as they absorb every word with rapt attention. The glow of the phone casts shadows across their faces, emphasizing the gravity of the moment as they all share in the same realization.

"Holy shit," they echo in unison, their voices a chorus of disbelief and awe. Time seems to stand still as they process the implications of the tweet, their minds racing with possibilities.

The honk of a car behind them pierced the air, jolting them back to reality. With a start, Cozy, Nellie, and Davina snapped out of their collective trance, realizing that the traffic light had turned green while they were engrossed in the revelation on Nellie's phone.

"Oh, my bad!" Nellie exclaimed, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment as she hastily released the brake and pressed on the accelerator, maneuvering the car through the intersection.

Cozy's voice broke through the pause, "Oh my god, what are you gonna say?" she asked, as she leaned backward into the backseat. The sunlight making her skin glow radiantly.

Nellie, her hands firmly on the steering wheel, glanced briefly at Cozy through the rearview mirror, a furrow of uncertainty creasing her brow. "I don't know."

Before Nellie could dwell on her response, Davina snatched Nellie's phone from its resting place in the cup holder. With a confident grin, she held the screen in front of Nellie's face, somehow effortlessly unlocking the device with Face ID.

"Don't worry, guys, I got this in the bag," Davina declared, her fingers dancing across the touchscreen as she navigated to the Twitter app with practiced ease. In seconds, she had drafted a response, her words flowing effortlessly as she typed.

But Nellie's reaction was swift and decisive. With a sharp intake of breath, she reached out with lightning speed, her hand connecting with Davina's wrist in a swift motion. "No!" she exclaimed, her voice urgent as she snatched the phone back from Davina's grasp, her heart racing with adrenaline.

The phone slipped from Nellie's fingers, landing with a thud on the seat beside cozy, who managed to avoid getting hit, as she redirected her focus to the road ahead. "Not right now," she insisted, her tone firm but tinged with a hint of apology. "We'll do a group FaceTime call tonight and do it together."

After dropping off her friends, Nellie's car ride back home was filled with a buzzing anticipation, the remnants of their earlier excitement still lingering in the air. The soft purr of the engine accompanied her thoughts as she navigated the familiar streets toward her house.

Upon arriving home, Nellie wasted no time in shedding the day's attire in favor of comfort. She slipped into a pair of luxurious silk Victoria's Secret pajama pants, the smooth fabric gliding over her skin like a gentle caress. With practiced ease, she gathered her chestnut locks and secured them in a matching pink claw clip, strands of hair framing her face in soft waves.

Settling into her cozy sanctuary, Nellie's MacBook illuminated her bedroom with a soft glow, the screen displaying the eager faces of her friends on a group FaceTime call.

Davina, in her own kitchen, attempted to follow a TikTok recipe she had stumbled upon earlier, her phone propped up on the counter as she feigned enthusiasm for the culinary endeavor. She wore an oversized shirt adorned with the words "I love Pedro Pascal," a testament to her adoration for the actor, paired with comfortable women's boxers. Her  dark hair was hastily tied up in a messy bun, stray tendrils framing her face in a carefree manner.

Meanwhile, Cozy lay sprawled on her bed, her MacBook resting on the bedside table as she scrolled through her phone, occasional bursts of laughter punctuating the silence of her room. She was dressed in a long-sleeved blue shirt and matching plaid pants, the fabric soft against her skin as she took leisurely sips of water. Her chestnut hair spilled across her pillow in a cascade of curls, adding to the cozy ambiance of her surroundings.

Dua, seated on a plush couch in her own home, exuded an air of tranquility as she lounged in her sleepwear. Her loose hair cascaded down her shoulders in a dark cascade, framing her features in a soft glow. She wore a comfortable Nike crewneck and sweatpants, the epitome of relaxed chic, with a glass of wine cradled delicately in her hand as she engaged in the virtual gathering with her friends.

Nellie's fingers hovered nervously over her phone screen, her heart pounding in her chest as she prepared to send the message to Jacob. "Okay, so what's the plan?" Nellie asked again, her voice tinged with a mixture of excitement and apprehension.

She glanced over at Davina, who had dropped her shoulders in exasperation, her attention momentarily diverted to her phone screen. "Nellie, it's literally just a 'hi' text message."

"I'm nervous, guys, I don't know why," Nellie admitted, her tone tinged with vulnerability as she voiced her insecurities.

Cozy chimed in from her spot on the bed, her eyes flicking between her phone and the conversation. She wore a playful smirk, her tone laced with teasing reassurance. "Not that I'm saying Jacob isn't cute, but you've dated literal dilfs. Why are you nervous? You dated Aaron Taylor-Johnson and had Henry Cavill propose. Girl, this is just Jacob Elordi. This is a piece of cake."

Davina, attempting to stifle a gag reflex from her latest cooking endeavor, nodded emphatically in agreement with Cozy's sentiment. "Yeah, exactly. You're Nellie Murphy. You are that bitch, act like it," she chimed in, her voice muffled as she brought a hand to her mouth, trying to compose herself.

"Nara smith, count your days." she whispered to herself, wondering if she should just order something off doordash.

Encouraged by her friends' words, Nellie's confidence began to swell, a spark of determination igniting within her. "Yeah," she echoed, her voice growing stronger with each word. "Yeah!" she exclaimed, allowing her friends' words to wash over her like a wave of empowerment. "I am that bitch!"

With newfound resolve, Nellie poised her finger above the send button, ready to take the plunge.

"Can you guys count down from 10, though?"
