𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐐𝐔𝐄𝐄𝐍; 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 (ON HOLD)

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐧𝐞

"The mind flayer, it built this monster in Hawkins to stop El, to kill her and pave a way into our world." Mike spoke about the monster "and it almost did. That was just one tiny piece of it" Mike's sister added on "how big is this thing?" Hopper questioned "its big" Jonathan simply responded to the older man "Thirty feet at least" "Yeah... it sorta destroyed your cabin" Hopper clenched his Jaw when Lucas told him. "okay so, just to be clear... this big fleshy spider thing that hurt El is some kind of gigantic weapon?"   Nancy nodded her head "yes" "but instead of like screws and metal, it made it weapon with melted people" Cheryl scrunched her face when she imagined burnt people melted together. 

"Is it the same thing Will got possessed by last year?" Cheryl looked at Will "yeah.. they look the same but its not a shadow anymore" Will confirmed it, he rubbed the back of his neck as he answered. "are we sure this thing is still out there alive?" Joyce asked her question  "El beat the shit out of it, but yeah its still alive" Penny stood up from where she was standing "I don't think we'll be able to take it down, I mean its massive" Penny's eyes got large "probably bigger than five cars stacked up" Shen then used her hands to show how big the mind flayer was "Its bigger than this but you know"

"we can close the gate up again" Will suggested how to end the Mind Flayer "what if the Russians open it back up?"  Penny tilted her head sideways "that won't happen, we won't let it." Mike told Penny confidently. 

"yoo hoo!" Murray waved his hands in the air with paper ruffling "what is that?" Cheryl asked the bald man "I will blow your minds" He went to a table and slammed the paper down, it was a map. "okay this is what Alexei called the hub" He pointed down on the paper "The hub takes us to the vault room" Hopper looked down at the paper "okay where;s the gate?" Murray moved his index finger to the room where the opened gate was "right here. I don't know the scale of this but maybe 50 feet of so" "maybe five hundread" Erica walked up.

"What, you're just gonna waltz in there like it's commie Disneyland or something" Penny chuckled at Erica, she found it funny. Cheryl hit her side softly, basically telling her to shut up. "I'm sorry, who are you?" The man with the glasses asked "Erica Sinclair, who are you?" She spat back at him "Murray Bouman." 

"Listen Mr Bunman, I'm not trying to tell you how to do things, but i've been down in the shithole for 24 hours. And with all due respect, you do what this man tells you, you're all gonna die." Penny couldn't help but laugh, she put her hand on top of her mouth making  her laughter muffled "I'm sorry, why is this four year old speaking to me?"  "I'm ten you bald bastard" Erica corrected the man with an attitude .

"She's right, you're all gonna die but you don't have to" Dustin grabbed the paper from the table and moved it closer to him "see this room here?" Dustin circled it with his pencil "This is a storage facility. There's a hatch in here that feeds into their underground ventilation system" Dustin drew a line into a room "that will lead you to the base of the weapon. It's a bit of a maze down there but between me, Erica and Robin we can show you the way." He finished talking "you can show us the way?" Hopper said, not believing anything the boy was telling him "don't worry, you can do all the fighting and the dangerous hero shit, and we'll just be your navigators" Hopper denied his offer.

"I guess we'll just stay here" Cheryl shrugged her shoulder "I guess so" Dustin made is way to the older teens "I need both of your help" Dustin had a radio in his hand "with?" Steve stopped leaning on the wall "I need you to help me drive to a location" Steve raised his eyebrow "where?" "Somewhere where I can navigate Hopper to where the portal is." Steve hummed before agreeing "the car should be outside."

Steve opened the front door "oh man!" Steve said as soon as he saw the nice car "this is what i'm talking about" He threw the keys in the air and caught it "that's a nice car"  Cheryl smiled when she saw the shinny car, the only bad thing was the license plate "Toddfather?" Robin read the plate out loud "Oh screw Todd, Steve's her daddy now"  Cheryl coughed when he said that "did you just talk about yourself in the third person?" Robin asked "did he just call himself daddy?"

Cheryl got in the front seat "Steve please don't ever call yourself that again" Steve looked in her direction "what? Daddy? Why not?" Cheryl sighed "its weird" "drive to Weathertop" Dustin ordered him "weather what?" "just drive" Steve started to car up and backed up "Are you gonna navigate us Dustin?" Cheryl asked him  "yes I will since you two don't have any common sense" Dustin rudely said "I think I need to teach you manners"
