The next morning, Masaru and Mitsuki exuberantly sat at the kitchen table. In Mitsuki's hand was a cup of coffee, obviously keeping her awake to see the happy couple; Hopefully fiances.

"Are you sure she said yes?" Masaru asked hesitantly, staring at the cup in front of him. "Katsuki would be heartbroken if she denied."

Mitsuki shook her head briskly. "I know Y/N. She utterly loves our son, and he loves her back. He's never had a healthy relationship with anyone before, until he met her. They're soulmates, don't you think?"

"Maybe," Masaru mumbled. "I'm glad he married someone humble."

Mitsuki nudged his shoulder, shutting up her husband. "Shh, they're coming down the stairs!"

You rubbed your eyes, yawning freely while you entered the kitchen. You were still wearing an oversized sweatshirt and sweatpants, your vision still a bit blurry. "Good morning, Mitsuki and Masaru."

Once your vision cleared, the eyes of your future in-laws stared deep into your soul. It was almost like a staring contest, but creepy smiles tied across their lips.

"Um, what's going on?" You yawned a second time, pouring yourself a small cup of coffee from Mitsuki's pot. "Did I do something wrong? Please don't hurt me."

"What did you say?" Mitsuki asked excitedly. "Last night, I mean."

The realization hit you like a truck. "Oh, that! I said yes!" You cheered with them, grinning widely while Katsuki trailed along behind you.

"What the fuck are you guys doing?" Katsuki growled, groaning at the time. "It's seven in the morning."

"You're getting married!" Masaru patted his son's shoulder. "I'm proud of you, Katsuki. You finally found the one for you."

Katsuki managed a small smile while kissing his fiance on the cheek. "Good morning, Y/N."

Handing your fiance a cup of coffee, you sat down next to Mitsuki. "So, when's the wedding going to be?" Mitsuki asked brightly.

Katsuki choked on his coffee suddenly, wiping the wasted droplets from his chin. "I just fucking proposed, hag! We don't fucking know yet! Give it some time!"

"I can't wait until the wedding," Mitsuki hummed. "Y/N will be so beautiful in her wedding dress, Katsuki will look handsome in his tuxedo, and I will be struck by so many tears."

You giggled lightly. "Thanks, Mitsuki. Katsuki and I will find out when it'll be. Until then, I might want to get in touch with my parents."

"You haven't told them we're dating?" Katsuki narrowed his eyes on you. "You said you called them a few months ago."

"Correction, I tried to call them," You shrugged. "They never answer my calls, so maybe they'll respond once I tell them I'm getting married. There's nothing they love more than weddings and free food."

"That fucking sucks." Katsuki embraced you, spreading his warmth across your body in an attempt to comfort you. "Are you sure you want to invite them?"

"Well, they raised me," You inhaled sharply. "I guess it's only fair. But I don't want either of them to walk me down the aisle. They haven't cared about me for a long time. I won't give them the satisfaction."

Mitsuki grinned. "That sounds like a great idea, Y/N."

"If your parents don't walk you down the aisle, then who will?" Masaru asked.

You bit the inside of your cheek. "Masaru, if it's completely okay with you, I'd like you to walk me down the aisle. You're the only father figure I've ever had that supports me."

A few tears stung his eyes as he nodded his head. "It'd be an honor to walk you down the aisle, Y/N."

Mitsuki reached across the table to hold her husband's hand tightly, squeezing it for consolation.

"Wait, s/n needs to know about this!" Viciously, you take out your phone to text your older sister. She was single, but she still cared about you a lot. Maybe, if she caught the wedding bouquet, she'd finally marry the man of her dreams.

"You have a sister?" Mitsuki blinked, her eyes wide. "How come you haven't told us before?"

"Well, she's only my half sister," You shrugged, continuing to text your sister about the good news. "Before my parents got married, my mom had a baby with her ex. Luckily, my father was alright with raising a baby that wasn't his."

Mitsuki cringed. "Ouch, red flag."

Katsuki glared at his mother. "If you fucking paid attention or asked some damn questions, maybe she would've told you sooner!"

"It's alright, Kat!" You chirped exuberantly, waiting for your sister to answer the risky text. "I'm sorry for not telling you, but I was embarrassed to say anything. I'm not used to bragging about my family, or anything. It's not like they were actually good at raising me."

"Cheers to that," Katsuki grumbled.

Mitsuki raised a rolled-up newspaper and smacked him upside the head, refilling her cup of coffee.

"It was your decision, Y/N. We're not mad," Masaru promised, smiling slimly. "Anyway, when can we meet your family? I'm sure they're nicer in person."

"To you guys, maybe," You scowl, shaking your head. "I'll have to invite them and try to get in contact with them. My mother recently blocked my number, so it will be reasonably hard, to say the least."

"Your mom sounds like a bitch," Katsuki caressed your hand underneath the table.

"Oh, trust me," You laughed. "She is the worst bitch you'll ever meet. Wedding dress shopping will be chaotic with her around."

"Fucking perfectionist," Katsuki agreed.

"I'm glad Masaru's walking you down the aisle instead of your family, then," Mitsuki grinned, sipping her coffee casually. "However, Katsuki isn't allowed to call your mother any more bad names."

"Fucking watch me," He protested. Triumphantly, your fiance raised his middle finger and displayed it in front of his parents.

Mitsuki fumed, cursing out her son for such vile behavior towards your parents. You don't seem to mind, though. You were just lucky to have escaped your previous family and gained a better one.

"Catch me if you can, motherfucker!" Katsuki cackled maniacally.

"That's not a nice word to call your father," Mitsuki chided, a secret meaning hidden behind her words.

Katsuki froze. "Wait-"
