"Im drowning in work" she mumbled into his chest as he still rubbed her back in a soothing manner. "Im sorry love" he kissed her head as she squeezed him tighter. She didn't ever want to let go of him again and let him slip away.
"Im sorry for being so distant" she apologized to him as he looked down to him. "Im sorry too, it's hard i get it" he reminded as she sighed and breathed in the scent of his musky cologne.
"I felt so alone" she ranted as Luke frowned. "I know me too" he agreed and hugged her close. "Let's just enjoy it now okay?" He asked her as she pulled away slightly with a small smile on her face. "Okay" she agreed and gave him a kiss on his lips.
He smiled down at her as she smiled back up at him. Her eyes were blossoming with life now, not drained of happiness or any sort of joy. Luke kissed her forehead and picked her up with a swift movement and tossed her on the bed.
She squealed and started to tickle his sides. He laughed like a little kid as he squirmed away from her which made her break into a fit of giggles. "Stop!" He whined as she continued the attack on his sides.
She pulled away laughing as he lunged forward and started to tickle her arm pits. A squeal left her lips as he tickled her most ticklish spot on her body.
He laughed watching her cocky demeanor change. "Okay im sorry!" She exclaimed as he had a satisfied smile and pulled his hands away. "I love you" Luke told her while dragging out the U. She rolled her eyes and propped herself up on her elbow. "I love you too" she replied back as he placed a kiss on her lips.
