Keefe's POV

"Are you ready?" Fitz asked "yeah" I answered, in one week I would come face-to-face with the murderous kinda cute villian- Sophie Foster we were born to face eachother and one would d*e, Sophie has killed 3 councillers, My parents multiple Foxfire teachers and numerous other people and It was my job to stop her...once and for all. 
"So are we going to start training?" Fitz asked "yep" I answered, we walked outside "here's your dagger and a machete you can aim on this dummie" Fitz said, I landed the dagger right on the neck "Perfect!" Fitz exclaimed "hey Fitz what if I didn't want to uhhh kill Sophie?" I asked "uh what do you mean! You have to!!!" Fitz angrily said "Ha! joked you!" I said but really I wasn't I have a massive crush on Sophie. "I'm going to go, dad finally got a meeting with Fallon Vacker and I want to learn more about my family's history" Fitz said "okay! by" I answered.   I went inside and layed in my bed staring at my imparter, when Sophie and I were no younger then 5 we were best friends then our fates separtated us. Should I hail her?

Sophie's POV

1. More. Week. Then it would be over, my life would be fufilled, after I kill Keefe- (the hot hero) I would posses the power to grant 3 wishes and fix this messed up world. I walked upstairs and started polishing my weapons and reciting their names, "hope" "death" "power" "Win" I know weird names. 

Knock knock! I went downstairs and opened the door "Linh!" I exclaimed "Soph!" Linh replied Linh and I were best friends- and shes my infamous sidekick. "You ready for next week?!" Linh asked "yassssss" I said in a sassy voice Linh chuckled "So should we revise our plan?" Linh also asked "ugh again?" I said "yep!, So Keefe is going to be at the waiting spot then i'll walk to him and spark a conversation about the rules of the fight then you'll sneak up behind him and use your channeling to crush him with the mountain above him and I'll use water from the sea to protect myself. But are do you have the energy to ya know destroy a mountain?" Linh said "yes, I've been meditating 11 hours a day and eating and going to the toilet the rest so I'm pretty chill" I said with a smirk in my face "Okayyyyy well why don't we go up to your room and play a game?" Linh suggested "Sure" I answered. We walked upstairs and into my room "so you wanna play truth or dare?" I asked "yeahhhh! lets invite marella and maruca!" Linh suggested "Yep! I'll hail them now" I said reaching for my imparter. In a minute the girls were here "alright lets get started!" I said rubbing my hands together.

Linh's POV

I admit I'm worried that someone'll ask me about my crush and I don't want that secret getting out. "Sophie truth or dare?" Maruca asked "hmm lets stay safe, dare" Sophie answered "I dare you to tell everyone your most embarasing secret" Maruca said with a hilarious grin on her face "sooooo once i forgot to pull my pants up and everyone in the foxfir bathroom saw my underpants...." Sophie shyly said "OMG! when did that happen?" Marella asked "2...2....years ago.."Sophie mumbled, her hair covering her face her cute smile shining through I couldn't help but blush. "Linh truth or dare?" Sophie said tucking her hair behind her ear "uhhh truth" I said "ok umm..who's your crush?" Sophie asked oh crap I can't tell her my crush just before her debut "I can't tell you that" I confidently answered "You have to!" Sophie teasiningly said "okay but you can't get angry......sophie" before anyone could say anything marella said "sophie truth or dare?" "marella we don't have time for this" Sophie said "YES WE DO!" Marella "dare whatever" Sophie said sighing "I dare you and Linh to go in the smallest cudboard in the house" Marella said giggling. Without saying a word Sophie lead me to the smallest cupboard in the house she stepped in "Sophie I'm so sorry I wasn't meant to say that....I know you like someone else p and I'm okay with that" I said "Linh my crush is no better just mmmh" Sophie sighed Then she took a step closer to me "Linh- " she cut herself off by pulling my face to hers and making our lips meet and I felt a spark ...of love and to be honest Sophie didn't pull away she was really deep into it then after 1 minute or two she pulled away and I mumbled "wow" "See Linh no spark although I will admit you're a good kisser" Sophie said with a teasing smirk, I blushed. Sophie walked up to me "Can this not change our friendship" Sophie said grabbing hold of my hand yes it'll change everything I thought to myself "no still best friends that's it" I replied. Then we walked out of the cudboard and into Sophie's room.

Sophie's POV

We walked back into my room, I was still shocked of what just happened even though I don't have feelings for Linh. Everyone left leaving me to bed. "Ring, Ring, Ring" my imparter was buzzing I looked at who was calling "sh*t it's Keefe" I whispered while running into my bathroom to make sure I looked good not caring about how I was meant to kill him in a week. I answered "hi" I said "oh hey" Keefe said "sooo uhh ready for the uh battle next week?" I asked "yeahh"Keefe said "Look Keefe I know you're ringing about the battle and why I kill people I didn't have a choice half of the murders i've done i've been mesmorised and the others I was threatened to do" I said , crying "woah, don't cry...actually wait a minute" Keefe said then hung up. I'm alone now no one cares and I just told my enimie by biggest secret..what was wrong with me! "ahhh" I screamed there was a silhouette at my door "chill it's just me" "Keefe?" I said "if someone see's you at my house phhh I don't even want to imagine what the councillers will say to that" I said "meh I don't care if I'm seen with the murderous villian" He added a chuckle "Keefe," I said looking down "oh sorry I forgot that uh yeah you don't want to be a..a villian" Keefe sighed and I blushed "do you actually want go face to face?" I asked "no" Keefe admiited looking down then sitting on the edge of my bed "I don't want to be the 'hero' like you don't want to be the villian" Keefe said "It's complicated isn't it" I agreed "Sophie I don't know how to say this.." He looked out at the stars then at me. "I love you"
