Chapter ten★

Goldie's POV

"Hey, walker's on his way by the way" I say to dove, getting up and sitting up on the couch. she looks over at me and looks me up and down "dressed liked that?" She said to me, In a joking manner, referring to my sweatsuit I changed into when I got home earlier.

"Nooo, but I need help picking an outfit out." I told her, getting up from the couch. I grab her hand, pulling her up from the ground where she was painting the 'paint by number' We both start walking up the stairs, when we get to my room dove immediately goes to my closet and picks out a black shirt, cream pants, and a pink lace scarf

"go put it on" she says to me while putting the clothes into my hand, I nod and head into the bathroom to change. when I walk out, I spin showing off the outfit to dove, "ouuu, you look good babe" "thank you" I reply back to her smiling. I look towards the mirror debating what I should do from my hair

"what should I do with my hair?" I ask her, she walks up to me and runs her hands through my hair in thought "maybe um, a messy pony tail?" she says while making a makeshift pony "that might look good" I say while handing her a hair tie, she ties it up for me and I smile in thanks.

we both sit on the bed waiting for walker to send a text message that says 'Im here', we both scroll through tiktok and sending the ones that are funny to each other even though we're right next to each other. a notification pops up on my phone and i see it's walker saying he's gonna be here in 5 minutes so i get up from my bed and make sure my purse is all together

i head down stairs getting some stuff I left downstairs, dove still in my bed knowing i'm most likely leaving soon, i start thinking i'm writing a song that i feel might need to have dove lily swift charm to it. i head back upstairs to ask dove the question.

"hey dove" i say while walking through the door to my room. she looks up from her to me and raises an eyebrow "can you feature on my song that i'm writing?" she nods "omg yes, can i see the lyrics" she asked knowing i'm almost always writing them down.

i hand her the notebook in which had been sitting on my desk before "do you like it?" i questioned her "yeah of course I do, you always make good music." she said, her eyes scanning the pages

i hear a car outside so i go over to my window to see walkers moms car, i turn to her "hey walkers here, i got to go. you'll still be here when i get back right?" i ask her, slowly walking to my door and grabbing my purse, she looks up and nod "yeah taylor's in Kansas right now so you'll be seeing a lot more of me" she said while smiling at me i smile back and leave the room yelling out an "i love you" to her, when i get to the door i hear dove yell an "i love you too" back

i see walker leaning against the car again "HEY WALK" i yell out causing him to look over. i walk over to him and quickly hug him "hi" i say again "hi" he smiles at me, and it the most beautiful thing i've ever seen.

he leads me to the backseat of the car and helps me in "thank you" i mumble to him once i'm situated i say hello to both walkers mom and lena "hey" lena says while turning to me, i look up at her "do you know what color dress your getting or the style?" she asks "i was thinking a blue or a pink. i don't know what style though" "that's fun you would look pretty in pink and all the family is going in blue too" i smile towards her

a little while later. we get to the dress store and we all walk in to the store walkers mom and walker walked over to the tux area while me and lena went to go look at dresses, I hold up a blue high low dress, I show lena "you like it?" he tilts her head in thought "I mean kinda but its not really your shape and the dark blue is eh" I nod and put it away
