Chapter 2: A New Life Waits Ahead

Makoto's POV:

I stooded there, completely astonished by what I heard from Akeno

Makoto: me...? A devil?

Akeno: that's right Makoto-chan. You now belong to Rias Gremory's peerage. Hehe~

I took several seconds to realize it as Akeno-san stands up

Akeno: Well, we should prepare ourselves for school. I am leaving taking my clothes? I'll see you downstairs ^^

And when Akeno stands up and leave my room, the only thing I saw was two rounded things on her back, making me blushing like a tomato

I quickly dressed up and get downstairs. Akeno waited for me at the front door

Akeno: ready to go, honey?

Makoto: yea... Wait. Honey?!

To my reaction, Akeno only respond by chuckling and she left the house

Makoto: *sigh* what did I got myself into with Issei's date? Even though that's not his fault...

And I left the house for the academy. When Akeno and I arrived to the school, a lot of people looked at us and whispered some stuff

Boy 1: hey, here they are! Just like with Issei and Rias earlier!

Boy 2: I gotta say, I think they look better together than Issei with Rias

Boy 1: you right dude. It's impossible that Issei could be with the hot smoking bomb Rias

As I heard these whispers, some girls were also jealous that I had a "girlfriend"

Akeno: alright, I'll leave you for now. See you later, Makoto-chan

Makoto: y-yeah... See ya, Akeno-san

And Akeno left me here in the hall, a bit destabilized. Until I get back to reality with some screams from two people I know very well

Matsuda & Motohama: MAKOTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! YOU BASTARD!!!!!!

As I turned my head, I saw these two running toward me, visibly angry with tears in their eyes and dripping on their cheeks.

Matsuda: first Issei and now you?! This is so unfair!!

Motohama: yeah?! How is this even possible?!?!

Makoto: *shoulders raise* what can I say, that's my natural charm

Then they both grinned their teeth, trying to not say all of the cursed words they had in mind and I headed to the class for today's lesson
