Our story begins in a place where 30 years ago monsters were a common occurrence, Angel Grove. Luckily the town was never seriously threatened thanks to the 3 teams of power rangers protecting the city. That doesn't mean everyone was safe as in 1997 Divatox became the only villain to defeat the rangers as she outsmarted the new Turbo team by storming the power chamber and destroying the rangers powers in the process. The rangers left for space and the wreckage of the power chamber was left in the hills of Angel Grove along with the chances of the Turbo powers ever seeing the light of day again. Luckily Zordon always had a plan as he created a second set of powers that includes seven keys before he left but he had to hide them away so they would only be found by a new team. Hidden in a second command chamber. A former ranger was told of Zordons plans and was tasked with jumpstarting a new Turbo project when the time was right.
