Arnav pov......

We reached her house, As I parked the car, I glanced over to see her asleep, her head resting gently on my hand which was still intertwined with hers. I hesitated; I didn't want to disturb her peaceful slumber, but we had no other choice.
Gently shaking her, I whispered, "Kaju, wake up, baccha." Slowly, her eyelashes fluttered, and she let out a soft sigh as she opened her eyes, blinking in the fading light. "So, you finally woke up," I teased, a smile playing on my lips.
Confusion clouded her eyes as she looked around, her voice groggy with sleep, "Where are we?" Rubbing her eyes, she tried to focus on her surroundings.
"Right in front of your house," I replied, my heart sinking at the thought of parting ways.
With a soft, "Ooo okay," she began to make a move to leave the car, but I held her hand gently, the warmth of her touch sending a jolt through me. "Remember, I'm coming to pick you up for our shopping trip. I've saved my number in your phone, so don't forget to call me, okay?" I said, the words hanging between us like a delicate thread.
"Okay, good night, bye," she murmured, her voice filled with a sense of finality as she disappeared into the night, closing the door behind her.
Sighing, I watched her silhouette vanish into the darkness of her home. With a heavy heart, I started the car and drove off into the night, the echoes of our shared moments lingering in the air, a promise of a tomorrow yet to come.

Kavya reluctantly woke up to the persistent ringing of her phone. Groggily, she fumbled to answer it, wondering who could possibly be calling her at such an ungodly hour.
"Hello?" she mumbled, her voice thick with sleep and irritation.
"Don't tell me you're still sleeping," came the voice on the other end of the line. Kavya's heart skipped a beat as she recognized the voice.
"Hey, Arnav," Kavya replied, trying to sound more awake than she felt.
Arnav chuckled, " You're still in bed, aren't you? Everyone is going shopping for Amish and Namrata's engagement today don't you remember "
Kavya's eyes widened in panic. She had completely forgotten about the shopping plan for the engagement. She mentally scolded herself for oversleeping.
"Oh no, I completely forgot!" Kavya exclaimed, feeling embarrassed at her oversight.
Arnav laughed on the other end of the line, clearly amused by Kavya's forgetfulness. "Well, get ready quickly. I'll be picking you up at 11 am sharp."
"Alright, I'll be ready," Kavya said, trying to sound composed as she hastily ended the call. As she rushed to get ready, she couldn't help but smile at the thought of spending the day with everyone, even if it meant starting the day in a panic.

paired with a matching dupatta. As I entered the dining room, I was greeted by the heartwarming sight of my grandparents engaged in a conversation, their eyes filled with love and nostalgia.
"Good morning, Kavya beta," my grandfather's kind voice broke the silence, a smile dancing on his lips.
"Good morning, Dadu & Dadi," I replied, feeling a rush of warmth as I hugged them both tightly.
"Your breakfast is ready, dear. Make sure to eat well before you head out," my grandmother chimed in, her caring eyes fixed on me.
I settled down at the table and inquired if they had already eaten. In unison, they nodded, reassuring me that they had.
" U r going with everyone, right
For Amish and Namrata's engagement shoping " my grandfather asked, his attention momentarily shifting from the newspaper he was immersed in.
"Yes, I am," I confirmed, excitement bubbling within me.
"Who's coming to pick you up?" he inquired further.
"Arnav will be here shortly," I responded between bites of my breakfast, eager to join the celebration.
Just as I finished my meal, my phone buzzed with a call from Arnav, signaling his arrival. I bid goodbye to my grandparents, promising to return soon, and made my way outside.
There, I spotted Arnav, leaning casually against the car's door, his eyes fixed on the phone screen. As I approached him, my heart skipped a beat at the sight of his demeanor, exuding an irresistible charm that left me momentarily captivated.
Startled by his sudden gaze meeting mine, I felt a rush of heat creep up my cheeks, a mix of surprise and admiration painting my expression. And so, with a fluttering heart and an unspoken understanding between us

Arnav was engrossed in his phone, scrolling mindlessly through notifications when a faint jingling sound captured his attention. He looked up and saw Kavya, bathed in the golden glow of the setting sun, approaching him with a serene smile on her face.
"We should head out now, Everyone must be waiting," Kavya said softly, her voice like a melody in the evening air.
Arnav simply nodded in response, his heart doing somersaults in his chest he walked around to open the door for Kavya, a gesture that felt both natural and nerve-wracking at the same time. As he settled into the driver's seat and started the car, he felt a strange mix of anticipation and uncertainty wash over him.
The ride was quiet, the only sound being the gentle hum of the engine and the soft rustle of the wind through open windows. Arnav stole glances at Kavya now and then, trying to decipher the emotions playing on her face. It was in one of these stolen glances that he realized his hand was intertwined with hers. Flustered, he quickly released her hand, muttering an apology under his breath.
As they reached their destination, a distant , Arnav and Kavya stepped out of the car. Just then, a familiar voice called out to them. It was Harsh, Arnav's younger brother, standing by the entrance with a playful smile on his face.
"Bhai, Dii! Everyone's been waiting for you two. Let's go inside," Harsh said, his eyes twinkling
Arnav and Kavya exchanged a look and went inside.
