She savored the last bite of her meal. "Sebastian," she began, her voice soft but filled with determination, "I appreciate everything you've done for me. But I feel like I need some fresh air. Would you mind helping me to the window?" She gestured toward the large window, where natural light filtered through delicate curtains. Amelia wanted to take a look outside to understand her surroundings before considering any moves to escape.

Unbeknownst to him, Sebastian's eyes sparkled, and without hesitation, he set aside the dishes and stepped closer to Amelia. Gently, he extended his hand toward her, a silent invitation for her to rise from her seat. "Of course, Ava," he said, his voice a tender whisper. "I'll help you."

With Sebastian's steady support, Amelia rose from her bed, feeling the warmth of his hand enveloping hers like a comforting embrace. As she leaned on him for support, she couldn't help but marvel at his strength and gentleness, a reassuring presence in the midst of her uncertain situation.

Together, they made their way to the window, each step measured and deliberate. Sebastian guided her with practiced ease, his touch light yet reassuring. With each passing moment, Amelia felt a sense of calm wash over her, as if the simple act of being near Sebastian had the power to soothe her troubled mind.

As they reached the window, Amelia tried to look calm as she peered outside, but soon her face stiffened with shock. There, in the sky, were two moons, casting an otherworldly glow upon the landscape below. She couldn't believe her eyes. "Sebastian," she gasped, her voice trembling with fear, "why are there two moons in the sky?"Sebastian looked puzzled by her question, his brow furrowing in confusion. "There's always been two moons, Ava," he replied, his tone tinged with concern. "Why are you asking such a strange question?"

As Sebastian's words hung in the air, Amelia's gaze drifted once more to the window, her eyes searching the unfamiliar landscape below. What she saw sent a shiver down her spine. People walked the cobblestone streets below, their attire resembling something from a bygone era. Women wore long, flowing dresses, and men donned tailored suits and top hats. It was as if she had stepped into a scene from a historical drama, a world far removed from the modern reality she knew. Amelia's heart raced as she took in the sight, her mind reeling with disbelief. This wasn't just a different planet; it was a different time altogether. And as she struggled to make sense of it all, her gaze fell upon a vegetable seller stationed on the corner of the street. He was selling a variety of produce, some of which Amelia didn't recognize. Curiosity piqued, she leaned in closer, trying to get a better look. But then, a wave of dizziness washed over her, and before she could react, the world around her began to blur and spin. She tried to steady herself, to remain calm, but it was no use. The shock of her surroundings, coupled with the realization of her predicament, proved too much to bear. With a soft gasp, Amelia's vision faded to black, and she collapsed against Sebastian, her consciousness slipping away like grains of sand through an hourglass. In that fleeting moment, she felt a sense of overwhelming helplessness, as if the very ground beneath her feet had shifted and left her adrift in an unfamiliar sea.

As Amelia's body went limp against Sebastian, he instinctively wrapped his arms around her, holding her gently to prevent her from falling. Panic surged through him as he felt her weight sag against him, her breathing shallow and uneven. "Nathan! Alexander! Come quickly!" he called out, his voice trembling with fear.Alexander and Nathan rushed into the room, their expressions filled with alarm as they saw their beloved wife Ava's unconscious form in Sebastian's arms. Without hesitation, Alexander pushed past Sebastian with a look of anger, his concern for Amelia overshadowing any other emotion. With swift yet gentle movements, he scooped her up into his arms, cradling her against his chest like a precious treasure.

Meanwhile, Nathan hurriedly dashed out of the room, his footsteps echoing down the corridor as he went to fetch the physician. As Nathan rushed out of the room in search of help, Alexander's eyes bore into Sebastian with an angry glare, as if searching for someone to blame for Ava's fainting spell. But Sebastian was too consumed with worry for Amelia to pay much attention to Alexander's accusatory gaze. His sole focus was on ensuring her well-being, his heart heavy with concern.Together, they waited in tense silence, the minutes feeling like hours as they prayed for Nathan's swift return with the physician. And true to their hopes, it didn't take long before Nathan reappeared, accompanied by the elderly physician.

The physician wasted no time in rushing to Ava's side, his experienced hands gently examining her unconscious form. After a thorough examination, he turned to Alexander, Sebastian, and Nathan with a reassuring smile."She's just exhausted and in need of rest," he announced, his voice calm and steady. "There's no need to worry. She'll wake up soon."

A collective sigh of relief swept through the room as the weight of uncertainty lifted from their shoulders. The physician prescribed a few herbal remedies to aid in her recovery and instructed them to ensure she rested well.

As the physician left, Ava's three husbands remained in the room, their expressions a mix of relief and tension. Alexander, his voice laced with anger and desperation, broke the uneasy silence. "I'll stay with Ava," he declared, his tone leaving no room for argument. "I don't trust anyone else to take care of her."Sebastian opened his mouth to protest, to explain that it wasn't his fault, but before he could utter a word, Nathan intervened. Placing a restraining hand on Sebastian's arm, Nathan's gaze locked with his, silently conveying the urgency of their situation."Sebastian," Nathan said softly, his voice filled with concern. "I think it's best if you come with me for now. We need to talk."Sebastian glanced from Nathan to Alexander, the weight of their collective worry bearing down on him. With a resigned nod, he followed Nathan out of the room, leaving Alexander alone with Amelia.
