I turn over and turn off my alarm, 7:30. Perfect time for me to get ready and get to my art class early.
I look over and see Dalton still sleeping peacefully, so I change into a pair of jorts with a belt and a white jumper.
After sorting out my hair and face I head out to class at 8:20, a good 40 minutes before class starts.
My portfolio as well as my graphite and paper are all in my art folder, I'm pretty nervous for my class, my professors a great artist and I was lucky to get into this course in the first place. So of course I brought my best pieces, mostly of people like my grandma, and a few of the visions I've had most recently in my dreams.
Once I'm in the art room, I see I'm not the only one wanting to get to class early, there's only 3 open seats left. Taking one of the last two next to each other, I get out my things and pin my best piece of work onto the easel in front of me, next to a blank piece of paper.

A little while passes as I look through my drawings as well as talking to a couple of people around me, then I realise we only have a few minutes until the class starts and Dalton isn't here yet.
