"Hey Jack" I said to my best friend as we both arrived at school.
"Hey Jazzy" he replied givig me a hug.
"There's Scarlett" I said nodding my head in the direction of the girl Jack liked for months.
"She's so pretty" I said as he chuckled
"Too bad I'll never have a chance with her" he sighed closing his locker as we walked to class.
"I mean it could be worse Jack, she could not even talk to you" I paused
"But you guys talk all the time in class I always see you guys" I said pushing his shoulder.
"How do you see us when you're all sprung up on Nate" he laughed as I rolled my eyes.
Nate is a Senior, and happens to be the boy I basically dream about all day.
He's 2 years older than me though, I'm only seventeen.
"But I'm not making any progress Jack, you on the other hand have lots of oppourtunities"
"I mean come on, you're cute and I'm just....me" I continued laughing.
"Well you got that right" he said as I punched his arm.
"I was only kidding, you're beautiful chill out Jazz" he said.
"Meet me at lunch boy" I said giving him a small hig before we parted ways for class.
