Finally we,were inside. It looked even bigger on the inside than the out. If that was possible. It was amazing!
Anyway, we got inside and professor McGonagall started talking to us about the and how it would determine our future. My brothers had told me about the sorting, I was terrified. Just as I was planning my escape for when I got into Slytherin, Harry leaned over.
"What do you think their gonna do to us?"he asked nervously.
"Well the twins told me we have to form a complicated spell and if we do it really bad we get into Slytherin. But if we do it good we get into gryffindor. I am bloody scared!" Harry looked back at me in awe-he had never heard let alone performed a spell in his life.
When Hermione saw us talking she gave us a stern look and we quickly shut up. I had a feeling her and I were never going to get along ever.
We finally started walking and we came to what professor McGonagall called the dining hall.
It was amazing! The ceiling was supposed to look like the sky out side at that moment. My brothers had told me about this and they didn't tell me it was nearly this cool, but they are probably used to it by now.
The ceiling was covered in stars, some shooting every couple seconds.
There were four tables(for each house I presume) and another table at the end where all the professors sat.
I looked around and noticed this old hat sitting on a wooden table. It was very worn and was very curious looking.
Professor Dumbledore stood up and said "let the sorting begin!" And everyone cheered like he had accomplished a very complicated task.
The hat straightend and started singing a song.
