Earthquake is sleeping peacefully at the sick bay when suddenly, Nurse Zira came in bringing his lunch from the school cafe.

"Quake? I brought some meal," said Nurse Zira. She's lucky that there's only one patient today.

"Nurse... Zira..? You don't have to.." Earthquake replied as he get up and yawned, stretching his body.

"You have to eat something Quake," Nurse Zira said.

"But— I don't really have the appetite to eat right now..." Earthquake replied.

"Quake, you haven't eaten anything except for the glucose drink that I gave you this morning," Nurse Zira said again.

"But—" before Earthquake could protest even more, Thunderstorm and Cyclone walk in the room.

"Need some help Nurse?" Thunderstrom ask.

"Sorry for coming in without knocking," Cyclone said.

"Ah, you two appear at a perfect time," said Nurse Zira as she smile, giving Earthquake a winning side-eye.

Earthquake just curse under his breath when he saw his big brothers coming in and the side eye that Nurse Zira gave him.

"Is there a problem?" Cyclone ask.

"Well you see..." Nurse Zira stopped her words and look at Earthquake who is aggressively shaking his head as a sign of no.

"Earthquake here doesn't want to eat," Nurse Zira said with a smile. Completely ignoring Earthquake.

"We can help," Thunderstorm said.

Nurse Zira look at Earthquake again who is rapidly shaking his head. Maybe because Earthquake knows what kind of 'help' will Thunderstorm give him.

Once again, Nurse Zira completely ignores Earthquake.

"That'll be a huge help! Thank you. Now if you excuse me, I need to go and check on the new medical supplies that have just arrived," Nurse Zira said as she left the room.

The atmosphere in that room was quiet awkward before Cyclone open his mouth to speak.

"Why didn't you eat?" Cyclone ask. The smile on his face has dissapeared.

"Uh—"

"You also skip last night dinner and today breakfast. Why is that?" Thunderstorm ask.

"I-I... I don't know—"

"You don't know?" Cyclone ask.

"Um... I didn't feel like eating..." Earthquake replied half-heartedly.

Cyclone approach Earthquake slowly and when he is close enough, he quickly pulled Earthquake in a tight embrace.

"E-eh?"

"I was worried sick about you, idiot!" Cyclone said.

Earthquake didn't reply, instead he hugged back his older brother.

"I'm sorry... For making you guys worried," Earthquake said.

"You better be," Thunderstorm reply with a grin.

Earthquake just smile awkwardly at the situation. Cyclone then pulled back from the hug.

"Eat up will you?" Cyclone ask, Earthquake nodded slowly.

With that, Earthquake eat the food that Nurse Zira gave him. And of course, Cyclone is the one who feed it to him while Thunderstorm changes his bandage.

¡Time Skip!

It is very silent when Cyclone and Thunderstorm walk down the empty hallway. On their way back to their class.

"Hey Thunder, you noticed it too didn't you?" Cyclone ask.

"Of course I did. I'm not an idiot," Thunderstorm reply with a sigh.

"Those injuries are given by someone. Not by an accident," Thunderstorm said again.

"Mhm. The cuts on his head are clean. Too clean even. And the bruise near his eye...  It seems there's some fingers shape mark. Seems like someone punch him," Cyclone added and agreed with his twins.

"Seems like there's people out there who really ask for our beating huh?" Thunderstorm said with a smirk.

"Well, if that's what they want then that is exactly the thing they're gonna get," Cyclone reply with a smirk.
