Neil was  having his breakfast  at the canteen...

After having it he thought about taking a walk

As he was walking.. He  stopped  at front of a office door named..Dr Aarohi goenka

He peeked in little to see what she was doing as he knew that their senior dr satyam tondon does created a scene he should have talked to her private but he didn't ..

As he saw her.. She was totally lost in the amount of paper work she was given..

He looked at her face she was looking really pale... Is she well? Neil thought
Did she even ate anything?

Wait! that's why she was at canteen

Neil was really feeling bad for her without a second thought he went straight up to the canteen grabbed some food and stood  in front of her office
He collected all his courage and knocked

Aarohi who was doing her work

Heard the knocking..

She turned her head and saw Neil

What is he doing here... She thought
 
She got up still having bad cramps and went to open the door but as soon she opened her vison became blurry and she fell on the floor 

Neil stayed stunned for a moment

Aarohi!aarohi he called her while picking her up

Soon the teams of doctors we attending her...

Neil was waiting

Soon the Dr came

Whats the matter Dr neetu ... He asked

Nothing serious Dr birla.... She was on her menstruation and was constantly loosing blood as she needed some rest and good diet but she didn't had it

That cause her weakness and because of her periods cramps she fainted...

What.. Neil said

Yess..Dr birla every body is different

Why don't the fucking government can provide paid leaves for this... He stated

Neetu *chuckled* that's because if government implemented the women employment will decrease... She stated

It's a mess.. He said

Aarohi on the other hand gained her  consciousness

She took a moment to analyse the situation..

And she remembered that how she fainted in front of  Neil...

Dr. Neetu entered the room

Aarohi you need rest... I adivise you take a off for tomorrow

I will see  ... And also thank you doctor neetu..

Don't thank me this is my job

Say thanks to Neil he literally carried you in his arms
And is waiting to meet you...

He is waiting... She thought
First time in her life she has someone who is waiting for her..

As Dr neetu went

Neil entered

The first question he asked

Are you okay?

It's must be the very first time aarohi heard this question is she is okay??

She nooded
Thank you Neil..

It's really late by now you should leave
Don't worry about me my friend has already booked a apartment for me near from here
