Kai : so now I just need to perform 1st stage of Qi while also trying to use the lightning Qi that I got from you 

Alex : In theory yes but First you need to access the lightning Qi for yourself and find a way to combine them to perform it 

Kai : how long does it had taken you for doing this 

Alex : well I already posses the lightning ability to be honest and combining them from outside and inside isn't that big of a challenge for me but I think you would least needs days of practice to do it correctly 

Kai ( thought ) : Yeah but if I would be able to do it even for a second then I would be faster and stronger for mere seconds but that would be enough for a surprise attack 

Kai : then lets say I wouldn't had a tiny bit of Qi within me then how would you teach me those techniques 

Alex : not possible even an plant or an insect, and every living organism posses a little Qi within them but you just need to learn and be able to move the Qi within your whole body then you need to perform the 1st stage of Qi for a while then and doing it will increase the Qi amount within yourself then you could progress to stage 2 

Kai : Oh now I get it 

Sitting back down on the cold floor Kai was meditating and alex has changed his ripped clothes to a new set of uniform the school already provided students with minimum of 5 set of uniform as they all need to train to their hardest to prepare for the another war between humans and dalki and their uniforms could easily be torn off from usage of abilities 

After Alex was done changing he left the room as he was little bore at the time 

but kai was just siting there without any movement 

Time : 11:50 

Classes are over at 2 pm and after that students free to do whatever they wanna do but kai and quinn were little busy with layla and after that was over kai come back to his room and was training with alex but after 1 hour or so alex had left while kai was practicing on his own and after few hours alex had return but seeing kai in the same position he had left he was quite surprised that kai was still practicing 

Alex : I shouldn't intervein while he training 

and alex went to his bed to get a quick nap for next day but kai didn't even need that much sleep after his evolution but now kai finally opened his eyes as he felt like he is now ready for the it 

He stood up his legs were little sore as he was in the same position for too long and he didn't get distracted by it and finally started focusing his Qi within him and activate 1st and 2nd stage of Qi same time this time though he was able to coat his entire body with 2nd stage and a little spark appears in his feet and he try to dash in the room his movements were sharper and swift then before and now he has finally being able to control the lightning Qi that was Given to him by Alex but a sudden notification

Kai : you are telling me that I now just need to do it on my own, but can't i just apply the same principle for my punches 

Kai again used his lightning Qi but this instead of flowing to the legs he changed its direction in his arms and the same lightning appears in his hands with another notification
