1. his mum is a witch that attended Hogwarts, but his father is a salem warlock. When his magic started coming in, his mother forced him to go to Hogwarts.
2. Then he spent a few years there only to find out he was able to do a little more than the other kids ^ so his dad sent him to the academy as a third year
3. he was absolutely terrorized his first few months until dean stepped in to help. they became friends and eventually, gabe joined him and walked in the society
4. his personality as an adult is nothing new, he was an absolute asshole at the academy. he was funny, but he was an asshole
5. but he didn't care ^ he just coasted his way through and did whatever he wanted
