+- Prologue. . : Nebulas and Mirrors-+

.... {1st POV}

I yawned and stood up, my blue wings stretching out wide as electricity sparked throughout my body. I used my horns to move the vines out the way to walk out of my cave.. There right outside was a pool of icy water. I lived on the edge of the tundra and the mountains. I was right on the brim of Sonaria as well, but I loved my home... This is where I got my glimmer mutation...

                                                            {. . .Flashback. . .}

I ran around outside my cave, I had just found it and was so excited! I stopped and leaned down to have a drink of water from the pool just outside of my new home.. My horns brushed into the water as a pleasant surge of energy washed over me, the electricity on them causing me to be energized as I licked my jaws, standing up straight.. 

All of a sudden the sky faded and was overcome by a beautiful Ombre of blues and purples, stars everywhere and a bright blob in the far distance known as our Florala (milky way). It was a Warden's Nebula! I ran over to a rock nearby, slightly gliding off the ground as I watched the Nebula slowly fade, the Florala standing out brighter than ever..

A warm sensation overcame my body as my wings quivered and a bright light flashed in my eyes, causing me to squint.. I walked over to the water hole and was about to retreat to my cave since the nebula had finished... but I saw a flash of bright color from the water. I stopped and went back, looking at myself in the reflective depths. I had got a glimmer mutation.. I had got a glimmer mutation! Certain parts of my body shimmered wonderfully as I jumped into the air, my large wings beating, bringing me higher and higher as I soared around in joy..

                                  {. . . Flashback end . . .}

I sighed and trotted out into the tundra.. I needed to find some food, and quick. 'It would be easier to walk in human form..'  I thought before swiftly transforming into a 'human' and walking around.. I soon found a carcass and ran over, quickly snatching it up with my tail and hauling it back to my Cavern. Once there I decided to stay in human form.. I was too lazy to turn back.. I began to eat, picking the freshest bits of flesh to feast on. 

After eating I went to the pool to clean my tail, while doing so I noticed my appearance.. I never really liked how I looked as a human.. My friend Aesmir was so pretty.. 'why couldn't I be like her?' I shook the thoughts out my head and yawned, before pushing the hanging linen and curling up in a mossy bed, my tail draped over my head. Guess that was just how life was..

I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! I made it kind of late at night so I hope it's okay.. I may not have as many words per chapter because it can be hard to even get 100 words down, but I'll try! Hope your all doing well <3
