PREFERRED NAME ⭑ rob NICKNAMES ⭑ poshboy. given to him by some colleagues from when he first got into harvard. they, for some reason, assumed rob to be posh when, in fact, he's the furthest from it. it's a nickname that stuck, especially since many people are called rob; most people at harvard called him poshboy, and rick lipton kept doing it when the pair moved to hawkins, so now rob is mostly known as poshboy.
rob. this is what he mostly introduces himself as. he likes it cause it's short and nice, and maybe also because it's also the name of judas priest's frontman. it's his personal favourite nickname for robert and he sometimes forgets that his full name is, in fact, not rob, but robert.
