Sirius - WHO THE FUCK SENT YOU HERE

Man - I...I don't know. I just received a letter and some advance for killing this boy. Please spare me, I'm just a broke guy who needed money to support his family. I don't even know you

Sirius - you will be shocked to know that the boy you just tried to kill is the hero of the world you live in, I am Sirius Orion Black and this is my godson Hadrian Jameson Potter-Black

Harry (from his position on the bed) - hey there

All the colour left the man's face. He realised he has dug his own grave by accepting this task.

Man - Merlin I had no idea, Please forgive me (crying)

Sirius - you are stupider than I thought, how could you accept a task without knowing your target. Shouldn't you follow us for like a week and then find the perfect opportunity to strike? And shouldn't you have done a complete background check on us?

Harry - Now we know a perfect job for you padfoot. Moving on, how did you even pass the wards?

Man - I lured a hippogriff out of the property and then drank the potion which came with the letter. I don't know what it was or what it did but I was able to ride the hippogriff back inside

Sirius - Merlin be dammed, you drank an unknown potion given to you by an unknown person

Harry - stop your horses Sirius, we can talk all about what he should and shouldn't have done later. First we have to report this to the aurors and call Amy

Sirius - oh yes, my sweet dear Amelia I am coming

Sirius left the room to floo call everyone. Seeing him Harry shook his head and turned to the man still on floor

Harry - don't let him fool you, Amy has rejected him around 10 times already and it has just been just a little over a year. I have to get ready now so petrificus totalus

Four aurors arrived with their wands ready to attack but they didn't expect Harry to come out from a door whistling and drying his hair with a towel. He was dressed in casual muggle clothing - a tshirt and shorts. He saluted Amelia, who was standing in front, like a soldier

Harry - Good morning Amy, how are you this fine morning

Amelia - cut it out Harry, what happened? Happy birthday by the way

He explained the whole story to the 4 aurors who were shocked yet pleased with his actions

Auror - CONSTANT VIGILANCE

Amelia - shut up Alastor. Shacklebolt take Dawlish with you and arrest that man

Harry - I don't think we've been introduced, I am Hadrian, lord to the most ancient and most noble house of Potter and Black

Auror - Hi kid, I am Alastor Moody, lord to ancient house of Moody. I am impressed with how you handled the situation

Amelia - IMPRESSED? HE SLEPT WHILE AN ASSASSIN WAS STUNNED IN HIS ROOM

Harry - In my defense, I knew he wouldn't wake up for atleast 2 hours, so what was the harm?

Amelia huffed and started murmuring under her breathe. The aurors soon left with the man.

Sirius - Now that's over, let's head down and have the perfect breakfast made my sweet Tibby and then do whatever you want for your birthday

They sat down at the table with Harry taking the seat of the head and Sirius took the seat on his right. As they started eating, a barn own came from the window and sat in front of Harry. He took the letter from the owl and gave him some treats and then opened the letter, already knowing what was inside

Patiently reading through the whole letter, he sighed

Harry - well Dumbledore sent it late, I guess he was hoping I would die

Harry - If you think about it, it makes perfect sense. I am off to school soon and he can't harm me there

Sirius - That old bitch!!!! Are you sure you don't want to go to Durmstrang or Beauxbatons, we can even go to Abrakadabra in India

Harry - I've told you many times, I wanna go to Hogwarts, you, dad, mum everybody went there. Also I have to keep an eye on Dumbledore. Anyways we gotta go to diagonal alley.

Sirius - yeah yeah alright Mr always-on-time. Do you wanna know a fun fact?

Sirius - the last line about first years not being allowed broomsticks was added because of James

Harry - whatttt

Sirius - yeah he smuggled a broom to Hogwarts in his first year saying that no specifics were mentioned in the letter

Harry - I am imagining this was the bonding moment for you two

Sirius - right on track kid

They both went to diagonal alley after using notice-me-not spells and got all the things in highest quality. Harry went to Ollivanders as to not make Dumbles suspicious and when the holly wood phoenix feather wand didn't chose him, Ollivander was shocked and kept on murmuring "He was wrong, the wand chooses it's master". Harry and Sirius ended the day with having a little party without any outsider so that they could bid farewell to each other.
