Aside from her professionalism, her ship got a 98% survival rate making everyone fight for the position to be in crew. They all know that she is very picky about choosing her crew so they try to be better hoping she picks them.

Intro: Many underestimated him when he started to work at the company in his 30s, saying he is far too old to handle the heavy job that the company gives, but he then later proved them wrong after he got promoted to leader in his 4th year of working there.
More: Kenneth has a 7-year-old daughter that he deeply loves so much, his only reason to keep living and do his best at his job. Though having a child, he doesn't have a wife, his daughter came from a crewmate who gave birth at the job and to save her baby and Kenneth she sacrificed herself, getting eaten by the giant that one of the moons has.

Info: Loreline is a child at heart, she is very creative in her ways at the job, and she always feels sympathy for everyone. Due to being young, many avoid recruiting her to their crew, except for Vivien who sees her potential.
More: There are not many young'uns that work for the company but in Loreline's case, she was sold off by her parents to pay the debt on the company so is now the company's property. She is a staple crew in Vivien's crew, many recruits envy her so much.

Info: Cursed, many say when they see Nor because he is always dancing at fate's palms, attracting many unfortunate situations, but they also tell him that he is lucky due to surviving every near-death experience he faced. A very giddy person and is very reckless, a thing that Vivien hates so much, but due to his impressive skills, she has no choice but to pick him.
