Im Jiyeong knew from a young age that the world that they lived in was cruel and that people preferred looks over personality. Throughout her entire childhood up to this moment there wasn't a second where she didn't feel guilty for the bullying that her twin sister endured everyday. Including her
It only made it worse when she couldn't do anything about it.
They bullied Jugyeong because she was 'ugly' which was the cruelest thing in the whole and they bullied Jiyeong because 'they felt like it'.
The twins vowed to stay by each others sides in life and death, they meant that.
There they stood on the same rooftop where the young boy Jung seyeon had taken his life at a young age due to false rumors.
Jiyeong had tears in her eyes as she looked at her twin sister who was also starting to shed tears.
"Are you sure about this?'' She choked on her own tears, they had each left a voicemail for the mother expressing how grateful they were to have her in their lives.
"Life isn't going to get any better.'' Jugyeong spoke looking over the beautiful city in which they resided in. Jiyeong closed her eyes to stop the tears from flowing but it didn't work as more came spilling down her pink cheeks.
And with that, they grabbed onto each others hands, stepped more forward inches away from falling off the rooftop, but before they could someone had pushed them off which made Jugyeong's glasses fly off while she landed in the stranger who had just saved their lives.
Meanwhile Jiyeong had landed in the hard floor, groaning as she landed on her arm. She sat up putting her glasses back in place.
She looked up at the person that had saved but before she could get a glance at his face. He stood up pushing Jugyeong off him as he did.
