YOONGI'S POV:

"Ae-mi..."

I whispered. But no response. I sighed and brought her onto my lap as she snuggled her face onto my chest, her arms around my waist. I hugged her back and stroked her hair gently.

After some time as she calmed herself down, I broke the hug and held her waist firmly as kept looking at her fingers while sniffing.

"Let's talk, hm?"

She nodded, she really needed someone to talk to, it was evident.

"He's my brother, Ae-jun...I haven't met him since like 4-5 years. I was only 14 when my dad passed away. He was 20. I was more closer to dad, oppa hated him. My dad was more supportive of me, I wondered why. My brother did everything perfectly, to get dad's attention. But never did dad give him as much time and love as he did to me. My mother loved both of us dearly, but of course my brother was jealous, who wouldn't be though? But a few days before my dad's death I found out that Ae-jun isn't my father's son, and he isn't my brother either. My mom had cheated on dad at that time, and admitted in doing so. My father had forgiven her at that time but ever since Ae-jun was born he never treated her as his son. Just a stranger. I admit he was wrong, but what's the point in hating me for that?"

She took a deep breath and continued as I listened to her, never had I ever expected her to have gone through so much.

"And after my dad died due to heart failure , I started getting into K-pop to distract myself from the damage. I became so obsessed to the point where I decided to have it as my future career. Mom was skeptical about it but agreed since she wanted what was best for me. But my so called brother had become overprotective about me, in a bad way. He wanted me to have a terrible life, and claimed that it was due to me and my father his childhood was ruined. He had to pay for the expenses of me, mom and himself so I still felt bad for him but his doings weren't right either. I somehow convinced him. I auditioned online in JYP, and got accepted. Unfortunately a few weeks before I was about to move here, mom started forgetting things. We realized that she had Alzheimer. My dreams were shattered, but after a year I auditioned in HYBE this time, being influenced by BTS. And after that, I escaped that hell. My brother treated me badly behind mom's back. He used to lie about me being a whore to my mother and she would get the wrong impression about me. But thankfully, would forget it sooner or later. And well, things were right between us while I was here, I thought Ae-jun had changed but is was all a façade"

A few tears dropped onto my hands that were cupping her cheeks, "I'm here love..." I whispered pulling her close, hugging her tight for as long as she wished me to.

She spoke while still hugging me, "Since the past 3 years he had been asking me for money. I just gave it to him blindly because of course, I considered him as my sibling unlike him. My mother would sometimes remember me and call me, which always gave me hope to move on. But just a few months ago I found out from Ae-jun's ex girlfriend who got cheated on by him, that he had lost his job a past few years ago. So all this while he had been lying to me and mom that he was a wealthy secretary at a good company. He had been doing multiple part time jobs to keep the income flowing, but at the end of the day got trapped within the world of drugs and alchohol. After knowing this, I stopped sending him money and cut ties with him. Only mom. She is getting better but Ae-jun keeps filling her head with wrong stuff about me, hence she too doesn't talk as much nowadays. But I didn't get blackmailed this time. And I guess he is too desperate that he came all the way here in Seoul just to take money from me."

"You're the strongest person I've met Ae-mi." I spoke, parting away from her. "I still care..." She mumbled, "That's why your also the most beautiful person I've met, inside out." I consoled.

"Thank you." She gave me a small genuine smile, making me smile back.

"Why was he shouting at you earlier..?"

"I guess he saw you on the couch passed out, he thought that I am in a relationship or something or I am paying older people for...you know." She looked down embarrassingly.

"Perhaps he knew your not the type to do any of these things, maybe he just wanted to prove his point and blackmail you to take your money."

"Probably..."

"Do you think he will leave after two days?" I asked, curiously. "Probably not, but if he doesn't I'm gonna kick him out." She said, bringing back a jolly atmosphere. I smiled at her.

"Let's go."

"Just drop me to a hotel, I'll adjust myself Yoongi." She spoke.

"No, your coming with me in the dorm, the boys will love you."

"But-"

"No buts, let's go." I demanded.

"Oki" I heard from her. Suddenly she widened her eyes realizing the position she was in, on my lap. I smirked sneakily.

"Are you gonna stay on my lap while I drive or somethin'?" I teased.

"I'm so sorry, I-I was just not in my right mind..." She quickly got off and sat on her seat and looked outside the window, blushing.

I laughed while starting the engine as she hit me on my chest, which was a bit wet as he had been crying on it.
